I would be hard pressed to choose my favorite picture between this gray Bateau and the black. Both are beautifully composed photos, and the different personalities of the scarves feel a little bit like Odette and Odile from Swan Lake, don't they?



You could not have selected two more perfect colorways to compliment your beloved gold and gris T beauties.



And how interesting that both of our most neutral gray scarves were purchased at FSH? In my case there was virtually nothing else left to buy, the scarf counter was so picked over. But it sounds like in your case you were a (wo)man with a plan!

TT, love the Swan Lake reference although I could never label one as good and the other evil. The counter at fsh was also rather bare when I arrived. It was two weeks post fashion week and boy do those people shop! They cleared out all of Hermes and Chanel. Hermes was restocking while I was there and fortunately they are all size 00 so Chanel still had items in my size. And I was pretty much finished with current scarves from purchases at home. This one just caught my eye and I fell in love with it. I never would have chosen it online and it doesn't photograph well. I knew I was going to try for a GT bag so I bought it for good luck. And it worked!

Thank you and everyone else for their kind remarks. Vitamina I thought you had a farandole. I highly recommend it. Hermes silver is unlike any other.

Eternallove4bag, you are so tempting me with them at CP shawl.

Not on theme at all, but this scarf arrived today. I cannot model it yet because it is dark now and the light is not good enough to show it properly. This is the second hand one I have been teasing about on the 2015 Fall Winter Thread.

A hint.....
