Well, I couldn't wait to wear my newest mousseline stole today.
Perfect for warm weather.

Gorgeous!

Rock on with the twillies! :rochard:

Y'all know I could probably fill pages of this thread all by my little lonesome this week just with twillies....

So- I'll join in the twilly party today!

Had to channel Croisette's fab use of Mors ring from yesterday! (forgive the hole in the shirt. I dressed for hauling cats to the vet...expecting more claw holes in my shirt....)

Well I think that would be fabulous. Bring them on. :smile1:

The color and airy fabric make me feel cool just looking at it. We are having a tropical storm. It was 87 degrees with 90% humidity today. I think I feel a cool breeze coming from your stole.

These are the only twillies I have. They actually tie quite nicely. Maybe I should acquire more [emoji1]

This is great. I often feel overwhelmed by a 90 but think a gavroche or twilly would look skimpy on a tall girl like me. Your tie and the pattern gives that twilly the prefect amount of luxurious silk. Must give a twilly a try.

Thank you for your nice compliments, Cordeliere, BJS, Croisette, Katherine Q, xincinsin, bunnycat, frou frou, & EL4B. I'm really getting inspired by this thread. I scoured the Bay a few months ago and added several twillys to my collex and I've been very happy that I did!

Yes I think you should! This is the beauty of these weekly themes: to make you rummage your cupboard and try out scarves that you don't really go for usually. And of course entice you to buy more when you like the result. [emoji1]

Nice! Is that 2 twillies tied together?

Two would explain the voluptuous look.

Yes, these are 2 twillies tied together. I really like this tie. Learned it from the Silk Knot app.

I especially love that leapord! [emoji7]

Thank you my dear Bunny!

Thanks Maedi!!
And yes I was also in Greece. We spent 2 nights on land in Venice and then took a 10 night cruise that stopped in Ravenna, Italy - Kotor, Montenegro - & Santorini, Athens, Mykonos and Corfu, Greece. :D

Thank you FrouFrou! And I LOVE your oranges/citrons! Such a fun design.

Thanks dear Croisette. The mosaics in Ravenna were amazing but I don't have any scarves that feature mosaics so I'll have to change that! haha

Your Brandebourgs is adorable! That patterns looks so terrific when tied, no matter the format.

Sounds like a marvelous travel route. Did you have Moussaka and Tsaziki?

Croisette You look amazing twillies ! So used to seeing you in your great collex , but the smaller formats are just as gorgeous on you!

Croisette and Froufrou, absolutely gorgeous! I need to fiddle around with my mors, more often!

That citrus gavroche is the essence of summer, frou frou!

Love your 1st pink fruity scarf. I glom on to fruit scarves. Also love your lipstick on the last photo. Perfect color for you.

Thank you FrouFrou! And I LOVE your oranges/citrons! Such a fun design.

Thanks to all those kind comments , my Oranges et Citrons gavroche was on the chopping block as I'm keen to prune back my collex before adding more .
[That would sound bonkers to anyone else , but I know you all understand] :D
I 'll have to rethink that now ,although the orange is uncompromisingly, searingly orange .
Maybe it'll get a reprieve as I lost a gorgeous Grands Fonds orange gavroche a few weeks ago .My first lost silk and it still hurts!
