I love this pattern. You have tied it beautifully. What cw is it? I have a bright pink Les Ailes but I think it's different from yours. There seem to be a number of different cws in this pattern, all wonderful.

Thank you eagle1002, my pink Les Ailes is CW 15...is that the one you have as well? Happy to be your twin/sister regardless!

OK, not much green but definitely pastel and spring-like. Retour a la Terre in a salmon/pink cw. I'm afraid I'm cheating here -- I had to change into something warmer as soon as the photo was done! Down here in NZ it's late autumn and not spring, and today has been particularly stormy and cold!

Les Chants Du Henne. I fell for this unusual cw: blue outline design on grey and pale green. And while I can't show you any hands with henna designs, I did make an Indian-inspired set of jewellery in the same greenish shades.

I'm glad you say that, eliwon. Snails are a tad creepy (sorry for bad pun). Interestingly, there is an old and I think pretty scarce HS that pops up on ebay from time to time that is called "Geology"" or something like that that I think has ammonites in it. Have you seen this scarf? I don't have a picture of it and it's not a particularly eye-catching scarf but it's interesting that something like ammonites would show up on an HS, such variety.

Yes, so interesting you shold mention the Geology scarf - I have seen it a few times on Ebay, but have not committed because they have been a bit battered or otherwise not quite right colourwise etc. Whenever the right one comes along, I will pounce - thank you for your taking an interest!

Thank you, and I totally agree about the versatility of this design pocketbookpup, however I will admit the eyes of the moth/butterfly kind of creep me out!!

Bova, as you are such a seasoned H user, I am sure you are familiar with the Farandole scarf, but thought I would mention that as an option, all butterfiles and not a moth in sight :-) I love the pattern and have one with pale yellow borders, sadly it doesn't love me back, but I persist to wear it during summer season anyway!

Dear BovaConratulations you chose such a perfect colour way , I love this fun retro/modern pattern. It literally sings off the screen!

:loveeyes: Alice26 I'm late to the Under the Waves Adoration Society but now I love it so much I'm considering a second . This green and pink is sublime.

Here is a pic with 2 green scarves and a pastel with just a bit of green.

ParthenopeThis ties like a dream and looks simply marvellous in those colours, yet seeing it flat I wouldn't have guessed it was such a gem. One to look out for, thanks for sharing.

What a lovely subtle choice,so delicate and the design itself is a joy. I feel calmer just looking at that face, maybe I need to have one for those days when tranquillity is needed!

Gorgeous xincinsin, and the jewelry you made is truly beautiful, well done!

Thank you eliwon, Farandole is one of those classic designs that I just love...you'll have to model yours this summer!

Thank you froufrou, the retro feel of the scarf is what attracted me to this design since it came out. Sometimes it takes me a while to actually get around to finding/getting a design I am drawn to!

Love this!

Finally getting organized to post my SOTD today...somewhat a pastel??? Ok, not really, mostly pretty bright, but I wanted to finally share my new belated Mother's day purchases from DC (my other purchase I'll post on the Ode to 70's thread). Of course our lovely Pirula, had a lot to do with me picking out this fun scarf, and I am so glad she convinced me to get it. Shown here tied a couple of different ways to show off different areas of the design, including MYH's most recent scarf tying idea on her showcase thread.

Many thanks for welcoming me in the US and the bday wishes, dear Bova!
And congrats on your new scarf! Do you remember, we are twins on that?

Happy Birthday and safe travels!

Beautiful greens in this one!
