I almost forgot that there are subtle ways to show horses too.. Here's my SOTD (with my new tortoise shell glasses frames): the jacquard weave of L'Instruction du Roy that shows a rearing horse, although there aren't any horses in the scarf design.

My on theme SOTD today...Cavaliers du Caucase. Unfortunately you can't really see the horse detail, but I know it's there! The knot happened totally by accident as I was experimenting this morning. Thanks, Pirula, Bova, bunnycat & EL4B -- I'm actually not all that crazy about the design of L'Instruction du Roi, but I adore the jacquard pattern of the horses! And now I remember why I have so many brown scarves -- it's because I often wear tortoise-shell glasses! Who would have guessed it? (not me, obviously)
