Thank you for this! Will have to try.

I had to look up the chouchou knot -- I found a swell tutorial and it's really easy! http://www.aestheticalterations.com/2014/11/02/le-knot-chou-chou/
Scroll down for a lot of variatons -- there are some blank spaces in the scroll, so don't give up!

The difference between Chou Chou and Mai Tai's "Flower Knot" is that you only make one loop with CC, then pull the ends through and tie them around your neck. The Flower wants you to make a double knot and pull the opposite ends under the one you tied, leaving a fluffy "flower" in front.

I've used the Flower for gavroches (single or double); here with Fantaisies Indiennes and Regina

How did you do this?

Good morning friends. Here is my humble attempt at Seton's ring to the side. Feeling very hip with my asymmetrical ring and my McQueen jacket with the David Bowie'esque shoulder pads. (May he rest in peace)

This CW is amazing on you, Pirula. You have such a great collection.

And the rest!

I need to try this knot! I always admire how it looks.

This goes well with pink.

Fabulous! And excuse me miss, but when did you get a gavroche? You are expanding into all sorts of different formats lately!! I *almost* bought this exact one for a Halloween scarf but decided there are others I needed more HAHA.

YAY! I love Tapis in gavroche format!

Perfect, masculine way to wear a scarf.

I got this gavroche last week along with my bow tie and La Marche du Zambeze! I just might have to get another, it's such a fun little format.

That McQueen jacket is divine dear Pirula and looks amazing paired with your beautiful scarf[emoji173]️[emoji173]️... I really like the asymmetrical ring!

You absolutely should get more. Gavs are too much fun. I love them!

Ladies and gentlemen, I always read and never posted before, but I just had to say how much I adore this!

Croisette, it reminds me much of the beautiful Legende Moghole in the black cw.
Such a happy little pop of color!

I'm in great company here :)

I have a long way to go in acquiring some tying skills, but I thought I'd share what I like to do in these chilly days. Sorry for the bad lighting, it's almost night here

Wearing the Bova knot yesterday...although as I have mentioned in the past, credit goes to one of the lovely SA's at the Boston store. I have also posted pictures to try and show the sequence involved in getting this look. I apologize that I am not tech-savvy enough to know how to add those cool hand-drawn arrows and such, so I hope this helps those who struggle to tame this knot (eh-hem Pirula :hugs:)

Bova, thank you for explaining this knot! So easy to wear, and so pretty!!
