Sorry for posting before @ABQ2ATL starts the pistol but I'm a bit pressed for time today and all week.
A bit of the British artist Alice Shirley as my contribution to this weeks New Artist theme, she's already done 5 designs for H (that I know of) and all since 2014 and I think she's amazing

I am not a fan of complex knots myself, mostly because i am bad at knotting scarves [emoji23].
I use this knot when i wear mythique phoenix, with the feathers oriented toward the knot, but it does not look as rich on me! Congratulations!

Let me join the super H family of the week before the week passes by. I started my H collection not too many years ago and this is actually the first 70 I got. Starting the H with the super H. Sounds promising for a long-term relationship, doesn't it?

It really is a wonderfully fun design. This was the one that elicited a high compliment from my 23-year-old stepson: "Wow, that looks really cool." [emoji23]

Croisette - speaking of jaw dropping - beautiful colors and choices - I missed out on the Della Cav shawls entirely since I overextended my silk purchases that season. I get to ogle yours in the meantime. One Della that I did get was the Twillane 70 cm with the ribbon border though!
moma - I did not see the rendevous at all in our store during the season it was offered. I would have noticed that lovely contrasting hem. Hope you had a great excursion yesterday and your evening outfit - thumbs up!

YAY! I was hoping you would have the actual color names. I thought it was probably chocolate (or "brown," LOL), then decided it was raisin. My top is aubergine, which may have skewed my perception. What color tops do you wear with this scarf?

It is an honor to finally see my work "L'arbre du vent"published with the House of Hermès, I thank my family and friends for all the support they gave through out the process.
I dedicate this accomplishment to my family, the Wixarika (Huichol) Community, my friend Yvonne Negrín and her husband Juan Negrin who is no longer with us.
This artwork was entirely hand painted with great detail inspired by the Huichol culture and their artistry, representing the wool thread and the tiny beads.
These are the original colors and the meaning of my work! Please share!

I have been on a green tear - thanks to my h pals paperT, chincac and other scarfies who favor green! No it is not Saint Pats, but due to my new mini roulis. And mostly because it is the holidays and greens and reds are too fun to not to wear together!
This is one shawl that I tore the tag off immediately on after the scarf event and take it to my favorite evening events when a splash of color is warranted.
This will be an exciting theme week to see everyone's choices!
