Thank you all for all the compliments on the Andolousie scarf top. I figured the look wouldn't "count" unless I wore it out of the house, so I went to the grocery store and the bank and am pleased to report I didn't have a single wardrobe malfunction :D

Today wearing Vie du Fleuve, which is a perfect match for the Bois de Rose Lindy. "Is that a Chanel jacket," you wonder? Why no! As a matter of fact is a $80 jacket from Dress Barn circa 2005. You know we have that thread "Hermes & Cheap Outfits;" with very few exceptions (ummm, Dior coat), all my pictures belong there! :p

You wear this scarf very well and it looks amazing with your jacket.

Festus, I love these scarves on you, and don't they have such different personalities? The delicacy of the pink La Femme and the high impact of Vie du Fleuve. I wore mine today too - great design.

Yes indeed they are very different looks. I tend to favour more saturated colours, but have had some great tips from members of this forum on how to make my pale LFaSdV work for my skin tone.

I'm not ever on theme because I just recently started buying scarves and only have a few, but here is today's scarf: L'Arbre du Vent in CW 22.

Beautiful. This CW is suitable for framing, truly a work of art.

Love your gavroche - the colours are stunning and it is interesting how chameleon like in changing colours. Your first picture is perfection with your nail polish and ring against the backdrop of the gavroche. Thanks for sharing!:smile1:

Thank you very much, CanuckBagLover! :smooch:

I know this has nothing to do with scarves, but considering the awful events unfolding in Paris right now, I can't help but think of all our Purse Forum friends in France.

Friends, I hope with all my heart you all are okay, I can't believe this terrible thing is happening.

Love,

Oh, Les Triples. Oh how sad, but what a thoughtful gesture. I thought about you last night, Pocketbook Pup. You were just there a week ago. I'm glad you were already home safe.

I also thought a lot about Croisette and Chris. Please check in, guys, and let us know you're okay.

And for all the other French tPFers, thinking of you too.
