My little pochette Pique Fleuri a la petite ChouChou knot. A good way to beat the heat but keep the silk down to a minimum on the neckline/decolletage.

Holy Camole Lady, I just lost my coffee!! This is stunning!!!

What a lovely color--so vibrant---this piece is delightful tied....wow!!

Oh Scarf, you ROCK in blues---I remember your love of this color--no wonder. And then you have the ruby one at bottom all by her lonesome....lol....funny

One photo after the other...all Perfection dear Vitamina! Love your coordinating cardi/jacket with each look. Fabulosity my dear!!

[emoji4][emoji4][emoji4]. Thank you sparklelisab!

Here is my newest botanical- Sieste au Paradis. Twins with Mommasaurus.
Too hot to wear it yet, hence the modeling picks on the bed ..
After botanicals, my other love is sea/ocean theme scarves, so I love the shells on this scarf too! (and yes, I have beachcombed shells for years!)

This scarf definitely looks great with black, grey or beige/cream/white.
My QUESTION (don't be afraid to be brutally honest), is do you like it with the black/taupe striped sweater?

Yes, beautifully.

Reading I was actually thinking "ack! No way" and preparing to say it nicely. [emoji6]. But what do you know, I really like it! Well done!

I LOVE your Sieste! This pattern is still the winner for me this season.
At first I was going to say NOOOOOooooo to the taupe/black striped sweater but, like Pirula mentioned below, after looking more carefully decided that it does kind of work HAHA. Strange how our eyes play tricks on us.

Yes, beautifully.

Dear Bova this is for you, I love my Alphabet Russe plissé enabled by you.
I've never used the Mors with a plissé until just now and your post made me want to show you how versatile the Mors ring is.
Look at this little shoulder cape:.using the Mors makes a little collar, and it it actually stays secure too.

So versatile, just saying:graucho:

You—and this—are sheer perfection, my dear. I'll be copying you (again!) tout de suite.

Hi all! I just posted this in Ode to CSGM thread as well but I am going to count this as SOTD since I haven't contributed yet this week. Super excited to finally get this holy grail for fall 2015! I just adore the botanical scarves and everyone is sharing so many lovelies! :flowers::flowers::flowers: Here are a few of my favorites!

I will start with my Millefleurs du Mexique. This is a little 70cm that is full of colorful flowers!
Next, I really love Fleurs et Papillons de Tissus. It is one that I really should acquire in the CSGM format. I do think it works especially well in the gavroche format though!
Representing one of my favorite places in the world ~ Pique Fleuri de Provence. This cw was a bit of a surprise pick for me. Normally, I am bright all the way, but I love this one! Speaking of my love for brights, the very bright yellow Au Coeur de la Vie!
Last but not least, one of my little Tapis Persans gavroches. I am your twin, dear Croisette!!
What a gorgeous collection of botanicals Vitamina, and you wear them all with such style!!

Not on theme, but this is my cw05 Zebra Pegasus gavroche for my dear Bova!:hugs:
Oh my you are too sweet my dear Vitamina, I will definitely check this out IRL as soon as I can! Thank you, thank you!!:hugs:

This is so very pretty and elegant scarf1, personally, I love it with the striped sweater as well...keep in mind this is coming from the person who just today was wearing a black and white striped top with my graffiti-esque H Comme Hermes!! ;)

This looks so classic on you chloesam, and I especially love the way you have tied it in the second picture, I will be giving this look a try!

Hello, my dear Croisette! Here is Zebra Pegasus CW 05 flat. The background color is an orange that compliments the green/purple zebra beautifully!

Thank you, my dear ... I want it!

Chloesam, congrats on your new Tyger and your bracelet!

Pudfish you crack me up! Lovely scarf dear, and is that like a gemstone magnet?

Scarf1! I die! What a beautiful collection. And darn you, I thought I was over the blue Jardin. But NOOOO!

Hi Pirula, it's a cheapie magnet thing I found on eBay, they come in different colours, they are mainly sold to keep headscarves on for Islamic ladies.

Chloesam This is perfection on you , I adore Tyger now although at first I wasn't a fan .
It's a wonderful one when tied , all the flowers and the night sky [ my favourite bit] as well as the magical Tyger.

I love it in both formats and all colour ways . Your monochrome is awesome.

Thank you, Bunny!!:smile1:

My dear Chris, you are so kind! Thank you so much for your very nice words!!:smile1: I have to admit that I am late on the 'chris' knot! UHH! I will work on it as soon as I get a minute!

Thank you, my dear! I am happy you like them! I will send some sun your way!! :hugs::sunshine:

Lisa! Hi there! Thank you so much, dear! I am glad you like my matchy - matchy, OCD cardigan addiction! ha!!

Ha! Thank you so much, my dearest Pudfish!! You made me LOL! You sure made my day!:hugs: Do you find the magnets hold your scarf in place and securely? I think it looks so wonderful and really would love to find a way to wear my 90 cms folded on the bias and worn like I do in my pictures (that is only staged for pictures). I am scared they will slip right off without securing them and need to get some magnets...pronto!

Hi Vitamina, I found these coloured magnets cheap on eBay, I also bought the plain ones recommended by MaiTai which are industrial strength - they leap back together like er, a deranged One Direction fan lunging at Harry Styles (cannot quite believe I wrote that) ...but to be honest I do not use them as much as I should and in fact took the purple magnet off before I went out as I felt it was too prissy and already had the scarf knotted at the back: big mistake, should have left it on, it was a windy day and the magnet would have weighted it down; scarf kept flapping in my face. On other hand, scarf plus magnet could have whacked me in face = black eye. So this whole scarf magnet thing still very much a work in progress... in fact the whole scarf wearing thing still work in progress....but I think the MaiTai recommended magnets would definitely hold a scarf in place!
