My dear, you look absolutely adorable! I loooove this cw 8 on you! I picked cw 5 ( for now!), but would love to add another. You did a magnificent job color matching you tee too~the perfect match! :hugs:

This is stunning, my dear! Your shirt looks like a perfect matching background! I love it! :hugs:

One of my all time favorite desgns, Bunny! You look super cute and gotta say how much I love the hair and new glasses together. :smile1:

This is such an amazing scarf, dooneybaby. It really is a head turner.

Ohhhh, how I adore the way you wear your H Comme! May I ask dear, how did you get the rolled top around the scarf? I must try this! I always love your pics, Bova!

Thank you, dear Vitamina!:hugs:

Thank you Vitamina:heart: I can't wait to see photos of your cw 5 of the Minuit gavroche! For the H Comme photo, I actually just did the asymmetrical wrap as described on MaiTai's site and secured with one of her moyenne scarf rings (sometimes I simply knot it instead). I think the roll at the top of the scarf was completely by accident lol!! But I am pleased you liked the look. Try this knot with some of your gorgeous 70's, I think you will really like it. Sometimes I find that knot a little too voluminous for me in the 90cm, I find it more user-friendly using a 70cm. :hugs:

Bova, thank you my dear! I love your gavroche so much!

Thank you my dear, BJS! Congrats on your Mors too. I just love, love, love how you wore it with your stunning gavroche. You have talent! I can imagine that is hard to tie so well by yourself. Bravo! :woohoo:

Thank you dear Vitamina!! It was a little challenging to wrap at first but a little patience is all that is needed. haha ;)

Good morning Beautiful Silkies (who are not sweating!!) (but maybe you are sweating and beautiful? Not I says the sticky mess....)

I am declaring that Alice Shirley is the Current Queen of Botanical Scarves and Aline Honore is the Past/Continual Queen of Botanical Scarves but you can argue with me of course!!

This week's feature is Botanical Scarves and look at the current two from Alice! Tyger Tyger is rocking the Silk Waves as is/was Dans un Jardin Anglais.

I am a huge Aline Honore fan, and Au Coeur de la Vie's reissue from last season (still available online) and this season's mind boggler, Sieste au Paradis (can't decide which to buy) rock the Botanical theme!!

So come on Silkies, let's see the Gardens Grow!!

Bova, thank you my dear! I love your gavroche so much!

Pirula, thank you dear! You are such a darling, thoughtful mother to think of your son first! I remember your post on your BF Mother's Day gift. It is special you share this H scarf love with your son. I have a gavroche size and love it too. I will keep my fingers crossed that your 70 cm will still be available, but if not you could always add a second gavroche size! ;)

Thank you, Chris! You are so sweet!:smile1:

Love this scarf, Pirula, and especially that is cotton. So fab in summer! It looks gorgeous with you MorsQUOTE]

Thank you dear Vitamina H for your sweet compliments and kind words on my son. I too cannot wait to see your Minuit Gavroche in cw 05, I don't see it online. Once again I love your 70!

It is such a great idea to look at one's collections and see the color choices.

I had my colors done about 25 years ago by a woman called Suzanne Caygill. She supposedly originated the concept when she worked in Hollywood in the 30's. I did some research on her afterwards and apparently that information was correct. She held classes for 20 or so in her East Side apartment on Saturdays. I think she also did individual consults.
I was doing Feldenkrais at the time, and my practitioner recommended her, so I and my friend signed up for a class, $350 I recall which was fairly pricey then.

Anyway, it was wonderful and I learned a lot. I still have her chart. I was told to never wear white or black only creamy white and navy. My best color was apple green and peach. I am a warm spring.

The two most flattering scarves I've owned are Tsubas in peach/cream (lost unfortunatley) and Luna Park in green/cream. Aux Portes in a periwinkle type shade looks great too.

Somehow when I buy scarves, my eye always goes to blues, and some blues are not best for me. Live and learn. Anyway, I'm going to sort out my scarves later.

Meanwhile my scarf of the day is ...........Jardins de Nouvelle Angleterre. .
Hi, you have inspired me to look for a Tsubas. I hope to win :D

Thank you Vit H!

This thread moves way too fast for me to keep up with, but I've got something to share today. I placed an order for this Marwari dip dye earlier in the week to take advantage of the free shipping while it was available and received it just in time to wear it today. I love it so much!

You look so elegant Prettykitty! Gorgeous Mawari, I just love the drape and feel of dip dye!

Lovely on you prettykitty! Twins on this DD. It is such a comfy and easy silk to wear, right? Love it with your white dress.

cb - you are rocking the Mors my dear! Great silks and mors tying! Everytime I try to use the mors it gets too heavy for me. OTOH I find it such an interesting design I cannot give up on it LOL.
