While there are many scarves I *WISH* I had in multiples, my only siblings are 2 Flora Graeca 90s, one in silk and one (you've seen recently) cashmere.

Found a pic from the summer where I tried out the silk with a Hawaiian shirt!

Lovely choices momasaurus!

Some recent scarves of the day. Please check in, Kilim and Kelly en Caleche GM (my workhorse). Kilim in the *** knot introduced by Arabesques - thank you for the inspiration.:smile1:

Made, your photos look crooked in my screen but anyway you look great in all of them, I envy your Please Check In, I don't know how I didn't buy it back then! :pout:

Can you take a bad picture??? You are sooooooo adorable and always styled so well!!!!

Magical pairings!!!

Thank you for your comments IF, I think the same about your pictures, especially when you are wearing colors!

]Hi scarfies!
Home again, so posting a few multiples.

First, my favorite Au Coeur de la Vie. Bought the red one (2007 version) on ebay about a year ago. Fell in love with the design, and because of the red/green CW thought it was a scarf that could be worn in Xmas holidays as well as rest of the year. Then I found out it was to be re-released in SS2014. The black/green one was the first scarf I bought at H boutique. It is still DH's favorite. Later, I just had to get the 2 BLUE Cws! (elaine, this is how it happens!)
I truly love all the details in this design.

Scarf babes -

Last time we had this theme, I showed you my 7s. I didnt do this design since I thought I only had 6 but looks like I miscounted.
In roughly chronological order: top row are Carnevals, bottom row are Fetes.

Seton these are lovely! Have you ever revealed how many scarves you have? You and Croisette are the empresses of Wackadoodom.:D

As someone with a pretty small collex in comparison to most of u, I was quite surprised at the number of multiples I have... :shame:

Here goes.... Marwari... 3 CSGMs and one 90...

(not sure what is wrong with the pic app but I'll post more later when it's not trippin out)

Marwari heaven! These are stunning. I never tire of seeing Marwaris! Congrats on your beautiful collection.

I continue to be surprised and delighted (and sometimes a little embarrassed) at the realizations I have about my scarf drawer thanks to this thread. To wit: had you asked me yesterday how many multiples I had, I'd have said I have a couple patterns in different formats. Well... peering through my scarf drawer it seems that in reality I have multiple Marwari, C'est la Fete, Rencontre Oceane, L'Instruction du Roy, Les Flots du Cheval, Splendeur des Maharajas, Axis Mundi, and Magic Kelly. :shame:

I snapped a pic of the mousse duplicates because I had them out for refolding anyway. Shown here: Flots, Axis Mundi, and SdM; and an original issue Rencontre Oceane GM mousse with its silk 90cm partner (I never wear the latter, so I'm hoping for better luck with the former-- the pattern is just gorgeous).

And the Emeraude/Burgundy Flots worn in the *** knot-- when I saw Arabesques' photo last night I couldn't wait to try it out in the morning. This is by far my favorite trick I've learned for the GM mousses-- it really suits the nature of the fabric well! :smile1:

Now to page back through the zillion or so beautiful pages of this thread that I missed while traveling.... :sweatdrop:

These moussies are heavenly! (sigh) Thanks for sharing!

And here are my 2 Mors et Gourmettes remix. Design looks very different in the 2 CWs. I must admit the pale blue CW is my favorite!

These are lovely, and look quite different!

Ack!!!! Perfection!!!!
The pale blue is one I stalled on and I think it is now sold out. :nogood:
I think I will regret not snatching one up.

Same here! I feel like I am always playing catch up with scarves. Which is ridiculous because I can't own them all, kwim?

Exactly, but I reeeeallllly wanted this one but I was banning myself. Then I never got to see it IRL so it was easier to ignor the desire for it... but everytime I see a pic... this is me :shucks:

Did u see it IRL???

Thank you for your kind words klynneann!

Scarf1, you're so lucky to have such an amazing collection of ACdlV, we are twins in some of them but I'm still looking for the black one from the original issue.
Ah yes, The black one from the original is gorgy and has more colors than the 2014 one. Too bad I hadnt discovered H back then. I also love the deep blue one from 2007.

cherryblossum, katekluet, sparklelisab, mimi123, Frou Frou, ElainePG, CanuckBagLover, Florasun— thank you so much for your kind compliments!

Arabesques and Chestnutty, clearly I can’t give this moussie all the love it deserves— I have but one neck, after all, and so so many scarves that need airing. :D I wish we had a scarf version of cloud storage, so that I could share this chiffon cloud with you both— I have no doubt it would look divine each of you.

Calexandre- amazing mousses. That may have to be my next scarf purchase, once I get off the ban island. I love the ocean recanter design and in particular your CW. I did not even realize it also came as a moussie.

Scarf1, thanks! RO was issued twice in the GM mousseline format-- once in 2001 or 2002 (Seton probably knows precisely), and then again a few years later for the King of Prussia boutique reopening. (This one is from the first issue.) They do pop up once in awhile, so I'm crossing my fingers one comes your way!

Wow! Just gorgeous!! I am so taken with the mousselines, I think I have to get one; they seem so versatile. I have yet to see one IRL...

Thanks, klynneann! I hope you get to see one in person soon! There's something really special about the mousselines-- they are so delicate-looking and ethereal. The most beautiful of H's formats, in my opinion! I hope to see you over on the mousseline thread in the Clubhouse soon! :smile1:

Most of my scarves seem to fit into the Autumn spectrum.
Here's a very old design which came back from cleaning at H all spanking clean and new looking .I never wash an older scarf with reddish pigments cos they RUN
It came out of it's box for Ledoux week and I took a couple of pics , now it's gone back to 'rest'
Reprise by Ledoux

Well, now I officially want a Lift pendant! What a beautiful look, and I love the striped shirt.

I'm blaming Lanit on this scarf and intended to bill her for the damage, haha. Welcome to the blue slope, Lanit! Please do stay and keep me company!

The blue shade is so gorgeous, I have a hard time believing that it's a dip dye! A blue with a pearly lavender sheen on it. The color is so gorgy that I decided to bypass my "horse nostril phobia" that I usually have with this design, LOL! And, the velvety feel is so lovely! It's a dip dye with a coloration of a twill!
Copied this knot straight from a scarf friend. Hopefully she will be twins with me on this colorway soon ;).
Enabled anyone yet? scarf1 - my fellow blue scarfie where art thou?

I'm very happy with this new addition. Oh wait, I'm a blue sucker so this scarf should not be a surprising choice, ha!

Cannot get over how great this looks on you!:hugs: My resistance is melting quickly. :sweatdrop: It's beautiful. It's unusual. IT'S BLUE.

Aloha!
Last day in Hawaii, went to Ala Moana (Honolulu) today. I really had not intended to buy another scarf, but… Tried on the DD pale blue Marwari which was beautiful (Lani and Chestnutty I was so close to being triplets with you 2), but had to select the last Aloha DD in the store. I think it is from 2013. Perfect scarf as a memento of our many visits to the Islands. I just happened to wearing a fuschia/cerise colored T that picks up the accent colors. It is CW 04. This is my only (first) DD scarf.
The paper tag was removed. From my receipt the colors seem to be:
vert de gris/canard. Not sure if there is a 3rd color name? Any help appreciated.

scarf1! I have been peeking in drawers around the world hoping to see this very colorway, which I'd noticed online but not glimpsed in person. Your photo shows that it's even more beautiful than I expected! Congratulations on a beautiful momento in a stunning colorway.

Aux Portes du Palais. Mousseline GM (photo from mousse week!) and 90cm carre.

The changeant on this one! TDF!

When I started getting these scarves, I never imagined I would have multiples...but here are Jungle Love in CSGM and a 90 DD.....

Jungle Love is one of my favorite designs, but I only have it in a plisse-- you're making me feel I need another one. :graucho:

Love "multiple" week! I never thought I would go multiples 5 years ago. Now I have a lot... :sweatdrop:

Wearing my Marwari dip dye today, and previous pictures of Marwari cashmere. I have a 90cm as well in hot pink. Thanks for letting me share! :p

Beautiful collection of Marwaris! I love how this pattern scales up or down so nicely.
