Brides de Gala en Finesse...plisse ;)
Plissé! Hard to wear, but sooo beautiful! This one is perfect!

Thx Anfang! Love your yellow scarf as well. I've only got ONE yellow scarf as I thought it's really not an attractive color. But seeing yours triggered a rethink.
Actually I have only 2, this Pavois, and a A Vos Crayons plissé. How could I tell you these are not my most worn...Yellow is not exactly for me, I'm afraid...

Jungle Love in yellow. A present from my DM:smile1:
A beauty, Maedi!

Anfang, your yellow Pavois is beautiful. How was the horse show today?

Rosamonde, great plissé! I adore its soft yellow.

OrangeAddiction, your plissé is an explosion of spring colors and you tied it perfectly. I have one plissé and usually wear it with a basic knot.
Well, Maedi, I agree it is, but

Maedi, that scarf tie is perfect; and really nice DM :smile1:

Anfang, I thought French was your language; just checking. I know English is a very distant second to French (would that I could really speak it), but we do the best we can. For many years now I have been trying to pin down EXACTLY when to say "quand meme" ... Hope I spelled that right. Probably not. Never have figured out accents on this site...either.

Rosamonde, really nice plisse and tie!

Thanks for the compliment on my collection; I must have more yellow. Is there a smilie for digging in the trunk? Best I could do: :presents
Hehehehe, Jahna, yes, I'm very French I'm afraid! The best translations I could offer you for "quand même" (with accent circonflexe, such is French...) are "all the same", or "really", may be "come on", this is hard, something's always lost in translation...

waving hi to all the silkies - some yellows to brighten the day!

Israeli_Flava, with all your gorgeous contributions you remind me today of the Fuschia that is going to happily burst forth soon and say SPRING!!

HMMM. You too, lanit! :sunshine:

Anfang, quand meme?? Sigh. I want to be French. :urock:

D Lee, running to follow you on the sunny side, as I've only been a lurker for KO. Here is my today's sunbeam, Pavois :

Yellow and Pavois is a great combination, Anfang. It's always so interesting which design everyone picks in yellow.

Dear Silkies!
I am rather sad I practically missed the KO Week! His designs are one of the main reasons that made me a H Scarf addict... There is so much to share, but we still have time!
Speaking of with, Thank You Chestnutty for the new List!!! I haven't read it trough, but I could not help noticing we have "Critter Corner" in March and then again in May!?

Now back to KO... last Year I posted this picture of me wearing a VS 70 "Pani la Shar" ....
The second picture is of this VS 70 AND a twill 90... I find it very interesting that the colors are practically the same! Since I haven't seen this repetition in any other design so far, I thought you might find it interesting as well...
silky hugs!
P.

Great to see u posting, Pegase. this cw seems to be THE cw for Pani. My 2004 Patchwork uses this cw and the 2007 H ad featured it also.

Here I am actually WEARING "Tropiques" (with my fav t-shirt)

love it, J! My fave podcaster loves to use the Venn diagram; his wife calls it the 'dork-a-gram'

Jungle Love in yellow. A present from my DM:smile1:

JL is spectacular in yellow. Maedi. wot a sweet present from DM.

One more design from Mr. Oliver, Les Deanses des Indiens cashmere GM. Also with a bit of yellow, which is probably all you'll ever get from me. :D

just dreamy, pierina. You were the KO queen this wk! I bow down. :worthy:

Yellow Bateaux!

great look, NG!

Hello everybody, Finally I'm home as well as my internet provider:)
Here are my KO pics that I promised to show yesterday. It looks like Spring has finally come to London and the weather is so good we've spent all weekend outside.
Well back to my pics. Yesterday I took my only KO (Les Ameriques) for a walk and while my kids enjoyed a sandpit I've been playing with my scarf;)

By the way, there's plenty of yellow in this particular scarf, so it fits both themes;)

Twins on the green Ameriques. It's one of my most worn scarves. :smile1:

Digging my archives are here are my favourite yellow goodies
Ex Libris en Kimonos

a favorite paisley pochette from Brooks Brothers

Jardin d'Armenie stole

I have photos of my orange/yellow Astrologie Nouvelle pics somewhere but I couldn't find. Will post later.

love the Kimonos look, Chestnut. Thank you for the great work on opening the new thread. :smile1:

Dear Hobokenite, Maedi, Jahna, Nico_79, and Anfang--

Thank you for your kind words! I love the plisses and am sad they won't be made any longer. :rain:

Since yellow is a color that doesn't like me, my contributions to the week's theme will be limited. But I've enjoyed seeing so many gorgeous true and bright yellow scarves--you ladies have some treasures, and you photograph them well!

Here is my next most yellow scarf...
