Love mademoiselle Soie Maedi - looks great on you. I was never able to get my paws on one.

Ok, do spill on how you tie this DD marwari. We want to know!

MYH, It's the sort of knot that takes multiple tries to get right each time. Fold into triangle. Bunch up one side. Arrange on neck. Then tie the other side around the bunched up one.

It's my favorite way to wear the 90cm right now as it "shrinks" it to a wearable size for me.

Beautiful, arabesques, and I just love the way you knotted it! Did you use a scarf ring? Invisible magnets?::giggles:

No magnets, dear Elaine. I tried to give instructions just above. It's not an easy thing to do, and it works best when just playfully bunching the scarf up.

Looks gorgeous on you dear and yes a collection of marwari absolutely! If that mint green one does not surface soon, this one is waiting in the wings for me and we shall be twinsies!

This blue is beautiful, lanit, and I'm surprised you could return it. I'm also interested in seeing the menthe; it and the gris pale are the final ones I need to see. "Need"? lol

Couvertures et Tenues dip dye from a few years back.

I love this dip dye, Maedi!

Very sublime blue, arabesques. I'm surprised you're into blue recently. You must have a quite diverse collection.

Chestnutty, I was surprised a little by adding this blue, too. The scarf situation over here in AA-land is demonstrating quite the range right now—but the right range. Early in my collecting years, the range was large but unfocused. It feels good to "grow" again after a few years of strict editing and scarf "dieting."

And what about collections of Kanichas? :p

This theme is so, so FUN!

Have I expressed with sufficient emphasis how amazing I find the Maxi Twilly format?

Oh, cherryblossum, this is so sweet! Great colourway. I first admired this scarf in Croisette's pix and this is really feeding my obsession. Thank you! :D
Thank you, dear momasaurus! Yes, Croisette's collection of Bateaux is so amazing! It's still available on H.com. How about you? You will be in the same "boat.":roflmfao:
Beautiful CW! We are cousins as I have this scarf in the Bordeaux and camel CW. I never appreciated what a beautiful border it had until it was shown here during botanical week.
Glad to be your cousin again, dear Florasun! Your Bordeaux is a sweet CW,too!:D

Today's collection: clocks! La Ronde des Heures... the original one, purchased in 1986. I believe it was reissued in 2000?

It had been a while since I really studied all the large & small timepieces on this carré. Loïc Dubigeon's atention to detail is truly amazing.

Wow! Your scarf tying skills are amazing! Looks fabulous!

How about a collection of horses? Does that count?:p

Marwari dip dye in bleu pale
Yet again. You slay me.

Oh darling I think I am starting to cave to my first dip dye. I love Marwari like I love no other and all of your mod shots are killing me. I wish it were offered in a larger format but I think I need that Pale Grey (or maybe it's white) one.... cw 1. Have u seen that one? Is it too light???

Beautiful croisette! I am always drawn to Cavaliers d'Or for some reason...
Cherryblossum and ElainePG- Love your scarves! I can see I am going to need to do some research on working with square scarves...my attempts so far have been a little pitiful!
Thank you, bunnycat! Wear your carre every day! It will speak to you! You'll find something new everyday. Enjoy!:D

Hi everyone! I never think I have much to contribute to theme week until I take a peek in my drawers. I'm always surprised that something ends up working even if it's a very loose interpretation.

I also worked my clic H enamels into some pictures because I have a small collection of those too.

Les Sportives - a collection of outfits?? I know..,I know. A bit if a stretch. And my fav way to wear it in a cowboy knot.

Boat collection - CherryBlossum posted the light blue cw here. I LOVE that one but it never came to my local boutique. So I had to make due with the gray one. Still beautiful in its own right.

Oh,MYH,I'm your cousin on Les Sportives& MetM. Your clicH enamels are amazing! Thank you for sharing and thank you for your compliment on my Bateaux! My SA made a great effort to get this one for me!:smile1:

cherryblossum - this looks so elegant on you. Very tempted to find a twin to yours.:graucho:

Silkies - so many pages to catch up on! This is definitely one of my favorite theme weeks! My contribution for the day...

Love my seashells - Rocaille and Rocaille II - I feel positively greedy having both in blues but they do 'read' very different. One is more periwinkle/lavender and the other more steel blues and warm browns. I have been paying attention LadyB and Maedi! Brown is featured in my fall wardrobe as well as midnight blue.

Thank you,dear lanit! You ARE?:graucho:
I love your subtle blue scarves!! You have blues in various shades! And Me,too. I was all ears during their conversation! Your blue scarves work well with their chocolate brown cardigans IMO!
