Lovely scarves, cherrblossum-san, and I admire how you've tied them! That Bal des Oiseaux has really been growing on me since seeing it here on TPF...perhaps it might have to join my collection! It's so whimsical and manages to look retro and fresh all at once.

You know I love Au Coeur de la Vie. Different birds are more visible depending on the CW.
2 of my favorite birds are the hummingbird (a regular visitor to my yard), and the parrot-like bird that looks like the rainbow lorikeet of Australia

So pretty scarf1. I am also a fan of Au Coeur de la Vie, still need to acquire one!

Went bird hunting after seeing all of these beautiful scarves, not expecting to find anything but I was surprised! For starters:
1) Peuple du Vent GM Bandana
2) Peuple du Vent GM cashmere silk shawl

Interesting to compare the two patterns in the different colours and mediums (silk versus cashmere/silk blend) And I missed some birds by the way!

Oh Birdonce, we all know what it feels like to pine for a scarf but some of the premiums are a bit on the crazy side. A precious Silky found me a Turandot in red and now it is with my mother---she stole it from me, laughing the entire time. It is her ONLY silk. Anything for mom.

Hey, I am so happy that I am in the Correspondance club and twins with you Croisette. My darling non-silky friend, saw this one on ebay and she said it looked like me. It really does not but I love it sentimentally for sure.

Ha, sparkle - I do it to myself. Some scarves and colours just stay in my closet certain times of the year. This forum does help me branch out, trying to match a theme. Will try turquoise this winter!

Sac-a-main, thank you for the nice compliment! I can assure you I don't have a scarf museum, although I am not opposed to the idea! My finances don't allow it, sadly, not that I let that stop me. I have already invited eliwon over for hobo stew when I find myself living on the street in a silk lined cardboard box. The tag for the Cles mousseline reads jade, turquoise and something anise.

Florasun, I think I will be on the pavement next to you, with a silk square under my head!
