Lanit, your pics just made me blurt out OMG! Love the Bateaux shawl the best.

Dear momasaurus, you can wear your turquoise every day of the year if it makes you happy! Is the turquoise fashion police officer going to arrest you??

Hey, I am so happy that I am in the Correspondance club and twins with you Croisette. My darling non-silky friend, saw this one on ebay and she said it looked like me. It really does not but I love it sentimentally for sure.

Hurrah! Correspondance triplet-cousins?

What fun! I have never seen this one before, and such beautiful rich colors! I love it when I see a new scarf to adore!

Thanks, sweet Florasun! Termes de Venerie is an ancient design...issued only once in 1967, I believe! I acquired it in pristine condition about 15 years ago, and it has remained one of my very most favorites. :smile1:

etoile, happy to be twins with you! The Mors Remix is a gorgeous pale blue GM, almost iridescent. :hugs:

Yes, so happy to be twins with you, Vigee! :smile1: Your beautiful photos, and lanit's and pierina's convinced me it was a must have. The pale blue colorway is so watery and lovely! It reminds me of a shimmering swimming pool, on a summer day!

Nice to hear, eagle, that we are colored similarly...I will watch for your own pix now with heightened interest since we are coloring twins! :smile1:

I am also pleased to hear that you think this scarf looks well on me--thank you for your kind words. The "olive" colors are a good match for my hazel hair and eyes, I feel! I am very "ash"-toned and these kind of dull neutrals seem to suit. Took me some years to figure that out--did you always know which colors look nice on you?

Rosamonde, I pm'd you. Let me know if I should resend.

Hello Silkies,

This certainly is not a new idea but new to me and I wanted to share. I abhor how wrinkled my silk gets due to the tie around my neck. Look at the poor little owl--she looks like a plisse for goodness sake! So, I bought magnets and think this might be an answer. The positioning is firm and I like how secure it feels. I was going to wrap the little magnets in fabric to protect the silk, but they seem innocuous enough to me. Thought some of you might be interested.

Great idea, lisa! :hugs:

Be still, my heart! I love Tourbillons, although I don't own one. Someday!

Dear Croisette, thank you for posting yet more lovelies! Dear Florasun too, I am the lucky owner of one Tourbillons, with an Etoupe border, and this is for me the ultimate autumn scarf, do get hunting, because you are bound to find one in the perfect CW for you :smile1:
