Gosh its Friday already and I am just getting ready to scroll back through several pages of botanicals! I already posted my acdlavie in mousse, and I think the KO King Ranch has some great nature life. A few more from the archives...TGIF!
Lanit - killer scarves and botanical contributions. You look tres chic in each one.

Silkies, the only silks I wear in the rain are, cotton, madras and CSGMs. Here is one of my latest to share and it also meets the pick me up criteria too. Licorne in Vert/Mauve, though it is more violet to me than mauve.

lanit--

luv this cool cw of licorne--refreshing and light! enjoy w/ lovely smiles, as yours is lovely!

On a rainy day I would probably stay inside and play with my new-to-me birthday scarf. I would banish the gloom with bright colors!

I avoid wearing scarves in the rain, but today I 'm wearing Fleurs et Papillions de Tissus.

DB--Fleurs et Papillons is a great whimsical floral to cheer anyone up on a rainy day--so lovely! enjoy in good cheer!

Coup de Fouet 140 cm summer silk. It goes well with gray, navy etc.

Maedi--
Luv this sorbet-cool CW of Coup de Fouet, and you wear 140cm's soooo well (I think you are statuesque/tall?). Enjoy in the coolest most delightful summer smiles!

My greenest scarf is also my newest - the GM bandana. The effect is somehow almost silvery - it's giving me both Lincoln Center and Angkor Wat.

I've just popped on to admire all the wonderful shades of green, many thanks for posting! :smile1:

Here's my contribution - Mors et Gourmettes Remix - CW01 Vert/Ciel/Jaune Soufre - CSGM

EdM--I remember when you were contemplating this pattern/cw (last year?), and you chose well, as usual. Esp. luv how you've highlighted the classic so very Hermes border of this pattern in your 2nd modeling pix. Also luv the little accent of jaune souffre in this CW. enjoy in the best of health/happiness!

off topic as I always am...

When you suddenly realize your sheath dress is too low cut to be work appropriate, what would you do? Of course it's always helpful to have a back-up scarf in your bag :hbeat:.

CNutty--you and Pierina are the BLUE QUEENS--luv this look! enjoy in happiest blues!

Moma--Your L'Instruction du Roi (sp?) is H to the hilt! Luv the jacquard weave (a rare species these days) and the 3-D filigree detail of this original issue. Thx for sharing!

I have the green Comedie Italienne, I believe it could have been from the first issue, based on the screen quality.

CNutty--I know you're the blue queen, but this green/white beauty is dynamite on you!

momasaurus and birdonce,
I don't know if H has made the fencers in a variety of colours like todays. I have seen blouses and gilets on ebay in max. 2 cw.

My Mors & Gourmettes this morning:

Croisette--such harmonious and made-for-each-other styling of this piece! I luv your Tyrolean/Bavarian(?) cardi w/ the light blue piping trim--echos the light blues of Mors et Gourmettes Remix so perfectly! thx for sharing!

Hello scarfies, I peek in here all the time but really must start making a concerted effort to participate-- I like the idea of letting the themes challenge me to evaluate and wear more of my scarf collection! Until this week I had no idea, for instance, that I had so many scarves that feature green-- if someone had asked me, I would have said I had very few. Turns out I've got all kinds of blue-greens, emerald greens, olive greens, lime greens... and this even leaves out a few pieces! :smile1:

Calex--great greens! (is that Effleuves moussie 90cm in the center? I luv this design, and have always wondered why it has not been reissued more.) thx for sharing!

La Comédie Italienne, jaquard, Phillippe Ledoux, 1962

LeBorse--this is a gorgeous! thx for sharing.

Croisette!!! wow, wow and wow! Your La Danse is one of the most interesting CW's of this very feminine patter--I luv absinthe (???) b/g and violet dancers. Your taste is just so sophisticated and you select such interesting CWs. Thx for sharing!

View attachment 2734016

Croisette, and wow, what a first walk--this is so refreshing and delightful! Thx for sharing your expert styling!

I am not really a green wearing girl (or pink) but I have a thing about zebras and I have collected several colourways of this scarf.

Suzie--This is electric--LUV the fuschia/white against lawn green! I bet this will look great w/ white tee, white jeans, and fuschia or lawn green super skinny belt. thx for sharing!

Happy Aloha Friday to you all! My multi quote is not working on my phone so bear with me and hope I remember everyone that shared their green scarves :-)

And realizing I'm on theme today I'll share my Faune Lettree mousseline in vert/marine ..it's very simple but I'm slowly loving it!

ALRG--this moussie is simply gorgeous and the color against white is just perfect styling! Thx for sharing!

Wow!!! Croisette, nobody styles pelouse green better than you--thank you for sharing your amazing styling of colors/textures! (and those beautifully tailored jackets, on their own, are superb.) thank you!

Good morning Vitamina, thank you so much, and here are some more.

Thank you so much, dear sac-à-main. Yes, I am tall and often admire ladies where 90 cm and 70 cm scarves look big and fabulous. I so love to read your comments.:cloud9::smooch:
