Silkies, in theme for Red/White/Blue week, can I sneak in a little reveal and show you my new bag? I could not love my 40 Rouge H from years ago so she went to a better, loving home, and I had the joy, finally, to replace her, almost exactly with a 35 rouge h Togo, phw. Not best pics to show the deep color---but so thrilled to have her. (Also bought my first Rodeo Charm but she is not meant for Rouge H--just too excited to remove....)

It's been hot here too the last few days, a gavroche was the only possibilty for $th of July scarf wearing today. It started out around the neck, then became a scarf necklace, posed briefly with a new SMART phone case and ended up on the turquoise Evelyne. Where it stayed.

Pierina, you really outdid yourself with your pairings here! I just love how you knotted the CC into a necklace with the help of your scarf rings! Just stunning! I am so happy to be cousins on this gavaroche with you! I have the Saumon/Vert/Boutton D Or cw (03)!

On the subject of Carre Cube, last winter I decided to purchase my first shawl. I was so inspired by the cw 08 that you had purchased for your DD (if memory serves me correct), that I chose cw 08 for myself! I just love it and thank you for the inspiration!

I would like to contribute a few of my favorite purple silks, as well as my new shawl. The Rose de Compass is a tricky one to me. The border color is listed as Indigo, but the color is more like a deep violet to me...so purple she goes! ha!
