In my collection there are only two red scarves (I think...) that have already been shown this week: La Clé des Champs (twin with @Croisette7) and L'Ivresse de l'Infini (twin with @SilkCouture).
So I decided to go with a color we associate with luck at the beginning of a New Year in our regions. Four petaled clovers are often combined with little charms gifted for New Year, small dolls of a chimney sweepers or a fat little piggy both decorated with clovers.
So clover green it is for my scarf of the day. With a little bit of gold on top with scarf ring and bracelet.
Pélages et Camouflages. And waiting for my scarf sister @darkstar to join me today with the correct CW for Chinese Lunar New Year!

I thought it deserved for me to post the prettiest mod shot I had that showed it in all its beauty, but it is also my SOTD! I am very comfortable styling tone-on-tone colors with neutrals and pastels but today, in honor of the New Year, I am going for brights, with red on red and my red lacquer pendant! A more casual tie with a purple enamel anneau ring from Mai Tai's Collection back in the day...

Snausages- so many grails! That elek is a beauty. And any PdS steals my heart. Must pull out my artisans and tie it this way. You look so elegant. (With the knot in front, I so frequently feel like I am veering into flight attendant territory.)
So nice we're Turandot-triplets ... and I must say the tulips are daffodils/narzissen, my dear LKB!
Joining the Turandot club today (the turtleneck is dark prune, but looks blackish in this photo). And an archive photo when I wore it first, when I went to see Turandot here, 2 years ago.
Oh, my gosh-- I meant to write daffodils and must have had Tulipomanie on the brain!!! We used to have a field of daffodils that bloomed every spring at a home we owned in the Berkshires @Croisette7-- so cheerful.
While I don't (yet) have a Turandot, I do have a (sea)dragon. Happy New Year all!
