Only on and off appearances here at the moment, we are moving house (for an in depth renovation) and I am travelling again on a regular basis for work. I love blue! My very favourite colour. SOYD was Napoléon, I finally did succumb to this virus, and SOTD my new Amis pour la vie, difficult to find.

and yes, it is cold enough for turtlenecks again!

Beautiful blues. Good wishes on the house transition and renovation.

Oh my! Each one is amazing! I was scrolling through. I hit your samourais and stopped short. It took me a minute to reAlize, wait I have this!! Got excited and put it on haha. I haven’t seen all my cashmeres in so long.
It has some gorgeous colors in it Scarf1.

Wait… you forgot you had a Samourais CSGM?!?! :girlshocked: That is a sign to wear it and enjoy it!
The blue is my favourite. One day….

I know . I rarely wear my cashmeres due to a really bulky heavy winter wardrobe. But the actual reason I had to think was bc I had bought so many colorways of the Samourais csgm that it took me a minute to think which cw’s I actually kept! I kept 3, n returned 3. I don’t get enough cost per wear for more csgm’s.

My SOTD is Rêve d'Australie, a very old CSGM which I purchased on a local resale platform at wabi sabi price. It is very old (1999 or 2000), incredibly soft, light and thin. The cahsmere quality is incomparable. I love it. It is a grail, or a 'rêve come true' to me as I have been looking for it for ages. Cahsmere weather here also, at last! It's been so painfully hot :sweatdrop: for so long.

It's a beauty and you describe it so poetically.

I have missed you. Happy Rosh ha Shanah. Your blue scaeves are both fabulous and as always beautifully styled with the navy jacket.
Thank you for the sweet good wishes as always @Maedi-- I missed y'all too!
Recalling the seafaring Vikings of old today.

You just have the most fabulously interesting silks @Redbirdhermes!
Twin on your Orphee! She is waiting for me in France, cannot wait to meet her. Wishing you a beautiful Rosh ha Shanah.
Thank you so much @frenchgirl! I do not think she will disappoint you! Every year I choose two scarves for the High Holidays and the double face designs have been a wonderful way to cover both day and evening services--here is "our" Orphee on the other side the night before...

The Bouquet's Selliers is fantastic on you1 Well0 they both are for sure- but you know how I love the cashmeres... )
Thank you kindly. Still dizzy, and tired. More rest is on the menu again.
Thank you so much @bunnycat and @Cookiefiend (I don't know where your quote went!).
Under The Waves today. (My head still feels a little like it's under the waves for sure... :cray: )

Oh, well I hope it is as lovely under the waves in your head as it is on your scarf! Feel better soon Bunny!

Very best of luck with the renovation and the move and all the travel @Agrume. Sounds like a very busy agenda! I am so sorry you are sick as well. Your little gav is adorable (I have not seen that blue!) and as @MAGJES commented I am going to try mine with a turtleneck too...
Thanks so much LKB for your kind words!

Beautiful pairings with the these gorgeous blues. I am quite taken with this less colorful side of Sous le Charme d'Orphee. Stunning with your jacket and so perfect!
Thank you so much @MAGJES. It is a typical Alice Shirley in that it has magical corners. I chose the most monochromatic on that side-- the other two have little pops of red/brugundy...
Another dark blue day with Coup de Fouet

Oooh that is beautiful @Cookiefiend. I love Florence Manlik-- in fact she in next up on my artist agenda so I am very intrigued by this design.
I had a doctor’s appt this morning and it was delightfully chilly so threw on this new Cashmere triangle with bits of blue in it. LOVE the green hem.

It is fabulous on you-- I adore this triangle and am so happy to be your sister @MAGJES. Congratulations.
Le Robinson Chic in blue has turned out to be quite a fun little colorful fall scarf.

The second photo is from the archives and am wearing it braided.

"A reve come true!" I love not only the shawl, which is truly lovely @Marie-the-Mary but the description! I think it should go straight into the TPF Scarf Lexicon of Silks. Right next to the entry for the "Coup de Foudre" will be its less excitable, more patiently acquired and long desired cousin, the "Reve Come True."
Twins with so many here on this very popular colorway of Under the waves!

I mean...what can possibly be said @scarf1 except :faint: :ps:  :hbeat:  and :flowers: to you for sharing all this beauty...
Scarf1 your collection of blues never ceases to amaze me! How can a collection be so diverse and yet have a single colour theme!?!? Inspiring! Thank you for sharing:flowers:
Or, I could recover from my tongue-tied awe and echo what @Julide said! Because she happens to be totally on point...

Good morning, everyone. I am having a very hard time even coming up with a way to organize posts for this week! There are so many beautiful blues in my scarf drawers and I don't want to hurt any scarf feelings but...choices must be made! Today I decided on a new-ish format for me: 140 silks. When I try something new, I tend to default to my comfort zone color which is, you guessed it! Blue. Both Savana Dance (twins with @frenchgirl, I believe) and Sieste got a fair amount of neck time this spring and summer, and I am beyond excited to have found a brand new and significantly marked down Harnais de Coeur en Patch in the exact cw that I regretted missing on H.Com. Very excited to wear this blue Ledoux beauty this autumn.

Morning Scarlandians! Today is the first outing for Les Voitures a Transformation which I bought at the recent London sale, on theme with the blue background. The vif jaune exactly matches my jumper too, sunglasses definitely required!

Wow! You are just a-glow! -- such interesting colors arrayed on this one, @paula24jen. H Magic at its very best with a powerful assist from your lovely bright yellow top and lipstick...

Such a wonderful week! I really have problems keeping up with liking and loving all your beautiful blue ones!
Today for breakfast in town with my son in law I wore a scarf of which I don’t even know the name. A 140 mixture of wool and silk I found on resale. With a dark blue which resembles the colors of the Northern Sea on a stormy day. Big and warm and with a nice drape
And in addition one from the archives. Voyage en étoffes. 0EADC15A-8E89-4EB6-9E69-C89CEE7AB914.jpeg21D22D28-DDC1-4BFE-B0C1-DAE2A9E10D9C.jpeg
