Another of my Annie Fairvre favorites is Voyage En Etoffes in a soft light blue. It may not be the most popular colorway but serves as a chic neutral.

Good morning Scarflandia. This is a week made in Heaven ( ) for many of us! There are a lot of magnificent blue collections among the TPFers and I know personally that when I began collecting 75-80 percent of my scarves were blue! I have been experimenting much more since 2020, but I still love my blues. I have been away celebrating Rosh ha Shanah but will share some blues I wore over the holiday. My new Sous le Charme d'Orphee made its debut:

It was chilly enough for cashmere for this morning's activity so wearing Bouquet's Selliers CSGT in pale blue, navy blue and blue-grey.

And now to try catch up with three days of lovely blue posts...

A wonderful array of playful scarves @HScarfCollector -- your posts always make me look twice at designs I don't know very well and now want to!

My Exposition Universelle today is on theme! The whole scarf is filled with (some imaginary) fun and games, but here I’m wearing it with an old ring I dug up in my room and you can see in the corner some dogs playing with their balls! Reminds me of my little one (see the very pixelated photo attached) when he gets overexcited when he discovers a rogue tennis ball our neighbour sometimes accidentally knocks into our garden!

getting in my sotd. Following agrume for theme w ballet aquatique. I used to practice synchronized swimming every single day of summer in youth. Obsessed!!
I am finally figuring out how to tie this so the ladies aren’t all wonky haha. I love it even more now!

Wow! Synchronized swimming-- I am in awe. I did swimming competitively but nothing so balletic and skillful @Nomad. Still looking for my Ballet Aquatique...

I'm wearing one final gaming scarf today, my blue Faites Vos Jeux. Sisters with @xincinsin who inspired this purchase. I love all the games here, and especially that the entire design is one big jigsaw puzzle.

This just vaulted onto my Wish List @Redbirdhermes! Jigsaw Puzzles are a huge favorite of mine and saved my sanity at the start of the Pandemic! Always had a few going around the house...

Sotd Cheval Turc with a little hoof poking out. At first I wasn’t sure I was ok with horse parts randomly sticking out on my scarves but now I’m good with it. Like several others on this forum, I loved Breyer horses when I was a kid. I also had a white horse with articulated joints that I was fascinated with. It came secondhand from a yard sale or something and required a lot of cleaning. I named it Formula 409 I now enjoy the horse images on my scarves as a nice reminder of these childhood toys.

25 Sep 2022 The Blue Planet: Blue scarves, and those showing ocean life

I'll keep it brief, as I have been sleeping most of the day away with a sinus infection and this week we'll focus on the wonderful world of blue and ocean themes. This is great! Because I need a chance to take out my Under the Waves and other fishy themes.

This is a gorgeous cw of this design @Redbirdhermes -- I have a desire to find a blue one myself. Your jacket is the perfect complement and your earrings too!

Today I'm wearing one of my two cws of Under the Waves (07 with the pink blazer), one of my very favorite H designs. I first tracked down 07, which I liked, but really wanted 04, which I finally found thanks to some help from a fellow scarfie here. I thought I'd let 07 go--there are a lot of similarities in color families between the two scarves, (both have a white/cream hem, the same bright cobalt blue, a cream-ish background, and a sort of etoupe-y green-gray), but each has distinctive accent colors (pink vs. green/teal) and I reach foreach often enough that for now both are staying in my collection.
