GM Mousse from yesterday - Carre Kantha. I had difficulty tying this one so the little beasties would show up - was able to get the tiger to show, but ended up retying it (sloppy fold) because I like the center design showing around the neck. Today is Equateur wash scarf. (Whoah! Sorry about the huge photos. I used to be know how to edit the size down but after being away for several software updates I can no longer figure out how to do it LOL)

Beautiful! I have the Carre Kantha moussie and Equateur wash scarves too but in different colors. The CK moussie is one of my absolute faves. I have the dark yellow/mustard one with the purple/white accents.

Dear Scarfies, I meant to post earlier this week, but life intervened. I at least lurked and liked and was smitten (as per usual) by all those happy and wild scarves.

Today I‘d like to share my recent scarf mail with you. Let me first confess that I am not a big fan of Kermit Oliver (sorry!!!!) - but. Last November @Cookiefiend posted a picture of her pink Kachinas. And so of course it is all due to you, dear Ms. Cookiefiend , that when a pink Kachinas appeared on the Evil Bay I had to leave Ban Island to snag it. I wasn‘t sure if this is a design for me, but when I saw the scarf (still new, still in it‘s folds), I fell in love. :hbeat:

So, here is my Happy new-to-me-Scarf, Kachinas, which even shows some interesting creatures, so it actually 0EB996E2-64F7-45D2-A4A7-17ADADD48EB3.jpeg5CFA1B20-5B6E-4533-BF2A-E82D9114FDC1.jpegBF80DE33-D1F6-4616-A3D9-5C195CE06F82.jpegFD0BF35A-FC1F-4828-8239-79C11721EFC6.jpeg94A89156-82D3-4575-850C-436CCB629FC4.jpegqualifies for this week! :coolio:

Thanks to all you enablers out there…..

Thank you @Agrume! It has been a most fun and enjoyable pandemic hobby and it makes me appreciate my scarfs in new ways-- it is like having scarf mail every day to try new knots. A happy bonus!

Yes, indeed @Florasun! I am new to moussies and have no 70's -- that one looks so charming. I hope we get one!

This is just beautiful-- so soft and charming and I adore that combination of melon, white and pink. Right on the Wish List it goes @Cookiefiend...Also, who doesn't love a heffalump?

The very one! I loved that styling as you can see by my "imitation is the highest form of flattery" outfit @Karenska!

Thank you @Cookiefiend-- it is a really lovely spectrum and plays well with a lot of other colors in that family...

Oh, @bunnycat! These are all so so lovely but as a new member of the dip dye fan club I am swooning over your luscious JL!

Really beautiful @de vent!

It is fabulous @MAGJES-- funnily enough I just saw a pink one on Fphile and thought, "It looks like Eleftheria brush strokes" but was arranging a return so didn't explore further. It does look like it goes with everything and as always your CSGM's look amazing tied!

How beautiful @Florasun-- an enviable and truly lovely mousseline.

Thank you and yes, it is a great JLR cw-- it is the graduate of my CCP-- there were three before this one over the years, @Snausages!

I love this with your jacket @Barbette!

I agree with @Florasun! We need the story @Snausages...anything to enliven our boutique-less lives.

This is a wonderful and very "copy-able" look @Nomad and so pretty with your blond curls. Perfect.

How beautiful is this color @turfnsurf? I just love this whole look with the windowpane checks and the pink filigree on the scarf. Gorgeous and your lipstick is always on point!

Critters galore! A beautiful cw of cU-- always love seeing the close ups. I am your paler blue sister @hotgalaxy ...

Never fear, I turned it to the horn/brown side so as not to blind the poor things @Katharina Luise ... ;)

Really fabulous styling here @scarvesandhandbags -- this design is on my 2022 wish list!

Now I am giggling too :giggle: @Katharina Luise!

Simply fantastic in every way and with the lagniappe of your cuff @Croisette7!
Such a nice compliment. Thank you. :hugs:

Congratulations, Susie, it is a spectacular cw. If I didn’t have two Kachinas in the GT silk format, I would definitely try to snag this one. It is really beautiful and you have tied it so nicely. Yummy.

Good morning! Bundled up in a Zebra (wild) in a different color (blue!) for a chilly morning of desk work. One fancy tie and how I am actually wearing it! The light is so pretty-- it is East morning light that rises over the West Bank. Yep. It's confusing but the river turns...

Bengali, the oldest living tiger in captivity. She is 26 years old and lives in Tiger Creek Animal Sanctuary in Tyler, Texas. I could not determine her species (Bengal, Siberian, etc., one article referred to her as a ‘subspecies’). She has never had a litter of cubs. Tigers lives 8-10 years in the wild and 12-15 in captivity, so she is quite extraordinary as well as quite the beauty. Look at those paws. Look at that face! Oh, be still my heart! :hbeat:

My own lil hunter. When he is out ‘in the wild’, he’s as fearsome and accomplished as any tiger. Chiff. And dontcha just love his teen bangs? Reminds me of adolescent boys who wear their hair all long and scrappy.
