Okay. Away we go with another massive multiquote. New Year's resolution - try not to clog thread with a million individual posts. (You are welcome!)
Croisette, there is hardly a single H scarf that has not been in your collection at some point! Fabulous!
Alice Shirley makes me happy! And I’m happy it’s still cold enough to wear cashmeres.
Tyger Tyger
View attachment 5288620
Snausages, I have a 90 of tyger but no csgm. This one is breathtaking. Congrats on having the good sense to acquire this beauty. She looks great with your grey sweater. :girlsigh:
Whenever I need to lift my spirits, I reach for my L’Arbre du Vent… both my 90 and my shawl which I own in this vibrant fuchsia CW… Such a happy design
View attachment 5288827

And, the riot of colors and patterns of this Voyage du Pytheas also always makes me happy
View attachment 5288828

Must admit that, like @Cookiefiend, feathers make me happy and I find them so festive! Especially Toutsy feathers as in Carnival des Oiseaux… even the title says it’s a carnival! Chosen for the most festive occasions this past year
View attachment 5288829

And, there’s no party like a Flamingo Party… I am obsessed with this festive design, owning several CWs in both 90 and CSGM form… This is my latest one
View attachment 5288830

And, one of my happiest scarves is my orange Plumes en Fete
View attachment 5288831
Fifi, you are truly Queen of the Happy Scarves.
New scarves make me happy! I just received the 2022 SS Sous l'Egide wash scarf so here is a quick bathroom shot. I have the Equateur wash scarf and it is so wearable. I love the texture of the wash scarves.

View attachment 5288941
FlaTiger, I may have to investigate this one further based on your photo and the impending disappearance of the wash scarves. A lovely choice of colorway for this design.
5 happy things. 1. Updating my scarf cataloguing from the past few months of shopping 2. Scarf mail received on 12/30/21 - my last H acquisition of 2021 3. Charming details on scarves such as this couple 4. My little clamoring to be the model for the mod shot I was about to take. 5. No pics for my gratitude but happy and appreciative of the scarf mistresses and the lovely posters in this thread. My thanks for making these last 2 years of my H scarf journey so fun-filled and educational. My wallet says otherwise though lol

Foxy, this is a special one. I too resist many vintage H scarves bc of the gold. L'Hiver is another example of a vintage scarf that I would pick up in a cw without gold (if I ever manage work my way down the list to that one...)
A wash scarf is a HAPPY silk in my opinion! Sharing my latest wash scarf purchase in a sweet colorway. Of course I could not resist the green hem.

Beautiful, magjes. Love these soft colors. Long live the wash!
Today I am posting a scarf that I love so much-- the happy colors, the incredible hem, the fabulous starry night sky, the fun "story behind" --but it is still in the process of "rising" for me (to use the wonderful simile @Snausages gave us). I tried some fancy knots from Instagram and I would like to try @Living.la.vida.fifi's knots but I just keep tying it in @blydia's blessedly easy Rando Knot!

Lkb, these are all great, but that posy knot with that hem! :faint: excuse me while I pick my self up off the floor.
If this is the black-hemmed cw, RBH, then we are twins. And it is a brighter and colorway, for sure.

Karenska, as you know, this animapolis is perfection on you. That black hem makes it! Perfect with your pink sweater.

interesting is, it is wearable with both sides, as our dear VITAMINA H recommended.

What a happy, fun scarf, croisette!!!
Why yes, ladies! Here she is on my trusty mannequin @Julide! And dear @Croisette7 has just delivered scarf mail to me without either us having made a purchase or opened an envelope! I can now move Bal to my growing little stack of cherished double-sided carres. I can't wait to pair it with some of my other green tops and softer pinks. THIS is a happy scarf day of discovery :happydance: (thanks also Vitamina H!)

With Paridaiza (a happy place....)

And of course, as @Living.la.vida.fifi said, what could be happier than a pair of flamingos in love, having a party?

FP pareo in wonderfully happy colors.

Bunny, I don't know if I have seen your paridaiza before. Those colors are super together. What a lovely scarf!
SOTD was Les Bains d'Hermès - with a lot of fun activities.

My dear sister in bains, this looks so chic with black. I would never have though of this pairing. Gorgeous!
Many thanks to @Living.la.vida.fifi , @Croisette7 , @Cookiefiend , @LKBNOLA @Nomad and @MAGJES for the Tyger love (and apologies if I missed anyone!)

Like Cookie I’m a dog fan, and I’m still happy it’s cashmere weather so Colliers de Chien today!

Snausages, I have resisted CdC to date. You are making it look so lovely! And those jewel tones! :nono:

This photo - while not particularly flattering of me - NEVER fails to make me smile. At @bobkat1991’s prompting I framed it and see it everyday. ❤

Both Coco and I are wearing Puzzle - just keep this sorta-kinda on topic!
Cookie, you too with the cdc?! Really? You may as well just take my wallet. This gives me brides de gris-gris vibes, which is another scarf that has regularly been in and out of my various shopping carts.
Happy new year to everybody!

I‘ve paused for a long time because I moved to another city for a new job that proved to be…a lot. But I‘m glad to be back again and want to celebrate my return by wearing a gavroche that always makes me happy. It’s colorful, vibrant and fun: Coupons Indiens.

Good morning dear scarfies! This is my first time posting in this thread after following it for about a year. I love seeing all your beautiful photos! And I learned so much about all the designs throughout the decades. My journey down the slippery orange slope began last year and ended with a drawer full of scarves ;) The little gavroche I am wearing today arrived this morning. Scarfmail from Hermès is for sure something to make me happy! It is called „Peinture fraîche“, designed by Dimitri Rybaltchenko.
Katharina Luise, I love this combination of colors. Lucky you! So glad to have you here!
Samourais makes me happy and having the day off with lovely weather !View attachment 5290555
Flatiger, I spent half of last year hunting for this one. It is a special scarf, and it looks terrific tied this way.
Bundled up in this today, an unusual colorway for Hermes with the green, gold, and black. I always gravitate to blues and reds, but I saw this and it's just so different that I had to give it a try. Happy that it is growing on me and now I love it. Depending on which parts of me are cold it can drape so many ways.

EtsyBoss, how great is this?!!! Green is a color that I rarely am tempted by with H scarves. But this is *the* green and with that golden brown?! May have to ask my SA about this one. To die for.

Thank you kindly Nomad. Hopefully you'll have luck tracking down the Lettres d'Erevan shawl.

Beautiful Pampelmuse!

Apologies in advance for the mega quote, dear scarfies, and for any typos therein. I hate them and often edit them out when I can but I think it will be inevitable today. I don't think I have missed anyone-- it has all been so happy making to catch up on the new posters and scarf mail and lovely SOTDs.
Gorgeous colors in your new scarf. Gorgeous. and yay for pinks and black
 @Nomad. I think pink is becoming my substitute blue addiction! And thanks, the Last Night is an unexpected delight.
Now you've got me thinking anthropology and hunter-gatherer culture :roflmfao:

Twins on the Last Night, LKB! I love cashmere 100s!
Glad to make you giggle @xincinsin! And about 100s--I absolutely know that you enabler you! Thank you!
Hello! This is my first time posting in this thread!:giggle: One of my new year's resolutions is to wear my twillys and scarves more frequently, inspired by this thread!
Still trying to find ways to tie these better but today I'm wearing the Tea Time twilly -- it's my favorite one!
Beautiful! I just bookmarked this as a reminder to just reach for my twillys too and welcome @binaryding! You will find so much fun and inspiration and friendship here!

Thank you so much @Croisette7!
I thank you dear LBK, and Coco sends happy smooches! ❤
Delightful - I love a happy pop of pink!
And - congrats on finding a LN - that pink hem is marvelous!

Love pink! I’ve been so tempted by that Last Night…
Congratulations, Lkbnola, and I love all your pink offerings. I often toyed with buying a 100 cm.
All are lovely but this is the first I’ve seen of Last Night. Wow!
:ty: @Snausages, @Karenska and @FlaTiger! I was thrilled to find it at new and well below retail-- especially considering the price increases! I started with Nothing But a Dreamer and have added several because I reach for this format so often I keep them in a box on my dresser to grab and go... Incredibly useful format. A pretty and fun design, Redbird! Looking cold over there!
Ha, ha! I got a mousseline (Les Leopards) from the new collection in the mail yesterday, and it is currently -19 F. That's -28 C. I'm waiting for it to warm up before modeling it for you. ;)
@Redbirdhermes I know is is too cold to wear now but can we "pretty please" get some mod shots over on the seasonal thread? :ty:
You are saying me with all these fab pinks! Congrats on the fantastic Last Night!
Congratulations with your new acquisition, gorgeous colours and this great pink hem!
Thank you so much @Agrume and @bunnycat-- I gave up on the burgundy Awoooo with pink hem and then saw this design in muffler form for SS2022 and went a-hunting since it had primarily burgundy and a pink hem! Now I am so happy. Sometimes scarcity can result in scarf happiness with another design. Also it is Rybalchenko so I feel virtuous that I am sticking to my 2022 list!
Thankyou Karenska! I was so happy to see that I am not as crazy as I thought! ;) Calling myself a collector is definitely making me feel better!
This made me laugh so hard @Katharina Luise! It is definitely different to approach this whole adventure thinking "Collector" and not just Crazy H Shopper...
Following up on a new year resolution to become more active in my posting. SOTD and one that makes me very happy Jardins de Soie. I’m in the office today and this beauty is not only warm, it’s comforting like a security blanket.
It looks beautiful @de vent and I do hope we see more of your beauties here...
Colliers de Chien is one of my favorite designs. I have it in a 90, a 140, and maxi-twilly, but now seeing Snausages' and Cookiefiend's colorways I am so tempted to add more to my collection. I have forgotten how dangerous this thread can be to my wallet!

Love this photo of Cookiefiend and Coco. Coco needs her own Collier de Chien!
 @Florasun. I just acquired a silver/grey/pink one but am thinking I need a more colorful one too. @Snausages and @Cookiefiend always inspire/enable my CdC love with their mod shots. Would love to see your formats too!

How gorgeous is this @Awillow? Thank you for the photos-- another wish list wannabe...
Congratulations! Twins, and I received another c/w yesterday, totally going against my self imposed rule of no mutiples!!! The detail on this scarf are superb, Enjoy.
Oh, I can't wait to see you model it. It is because of you @hotgalaxy that I got my niece to bring me one back when we thought they couldn't be obtained here. I am waiting to debut it this spring!
So did I! The great screwball comedy she starred in with Mr Cary was “Bringing Up Baby”. What a hoot! Both of them cracked me up with their misadventures. But she didn’t dive. Her golf swing was superb, though .
@Karenska thanks for the reminder of that fabulous film. I :giggle: and  just thinking about it. And that rapid fire clever dialogue!
Purple and phoenix combined always makes me very happy! Hmm, and my purple office chair and purple sweater all in different tones. One of my few multiples 70 cm Mythiques Phoenix View attachment 5291290
Ah, @Barbette! You are absolutely the mistress of this color family-- just gorgeous. I have this in the deep blue (almost black) white and I have often eyed this one wondering...so it is a treat to see it IRL and your top is perfect.
I see a pink/burgundy thread with these three. Zebra is so cheerful. Hope your jam packed day went well.
Thank you @Maedi-- I see what you mean. I am banned from blue (by personal edict) for the moment and I am finding a real love for the range of colors from salmon --orange-- pink-- burgundy. Haven't ventured to real purple yet, but who knows? And my day was exhausting and wonderful. I love teaching but after I feel a bit wrung out! Scarfie therapy to the rescue
Thankyou @xincinsin for your help!

Thank you! I think it is right in your wheelhouse @Awillow and it is kind of a sleeper-- sort of quietly beautiful. It goes with a ton of backgrounds and the hem IS fab.
I love the wash scarves, too, and will be sad to see them disappear. I have to say the prospect is inspiring a few purchases.
@Awillow and @FlaTiger I love them so much and when I heard they were being discontinued I went and searched some I had missed. Still hoping for a Grand Tenue wash and STILL waiting for my Sous l'Egide from this season to be sisters with you FlaTiger!
