Thank you for your kind words on my Bouquets Sellier. It is definitely my power scarf. Happy to be your scarf cousin @MAGJES. I had two interviews today, one “live on zoom” and one recording answers to eight questions which takes a lot longer than it should. I was exhausted and very happy with how the day went (Confirmation of a second interview before the end of the day for the live interview.)
@Karenska re: the name of the knot, I don’t know if it has a name. I start with @MaiTai’s Assymetrical Shawl knot and tie the ends instead of using a scarf ring per her video. I also tie the remaining two corners and fluff/twist until satisfied. Is it possible that this is the same approach as @momasaurus models below and calls @Cookiefiend’s double knot?

The knot I did doesn't twist the rectangle, you just lay the scarf across your shoulders. But I use an asymmetrical knot A LOT also!

Ties so well and love the earrings with it

Oh yes! I saw pictures of the decorated houses! Simply amazing... Great outfit and mask to celebrate

All gorgeous classics... You wear them so well
YOu are kind to say it ties well. I struggle with all the gold.
Wow! This is impressive! Pairing these two together is genius!

So elegant!

All are so beautiful. Lovely Lavender Robe de Soir.
Merci.
What a wonderful colorway! Great job with the double knot. I’m still working on mine.

@Karenska I adore your Peuple du Vent plisse.
@Cookiefiend outstanding introduction complete with poetry and two beautiful scarves. I especially like your black border on black shirt trick with Au Coeur de la Vie.
@momasaurus your lovely Valentine’s Day scarf is beautifully tied and a match with your lippie!:hbeat:
Thanks! I am obsessed with lipstick.
Beautiful with your scarf ring and earrings!

Gosh, so many beautiful scarves Cookie - you coordinate your scarves and clothes so well! :hbeat:
@Redbirdhermes thank you for the earlier mention of icy soap bubbles. I googled it and saw a fabulous video,

Thanks!!
Smart lady!

Hard for me to pick a favorite designer. There is something special about each one. One designer whom "I'm always madly curious what they will come out with next" is Edouard Baribeaud. Today by chance my random knot highlights the artist's signature.

Gorgeous, Langsam. I love this cw. We are sisters.862342E4-9C64-44F3-8F14-86F0C141772C.jpeg

croisette, your Ledoux are exquisite! Especially this Paris-London!

Lent begins tomorrow, so it's time for a parade with La Folle Parade. This was the first scarf I purchased from h.com and it is also the first Hermes scarf from French artist Claire Fanjul. Before purchasing I took a look at the other work done by this young artist. I loved her drawings of imaginative worlds and the crazy drawings on ostrich eggs. But, it was her edgy drawings on ceramic skulls that made me comfortable pulling the trigger to purchase the scarf. I continue to follow the work of this most interesting artist.

great looks, Pirula!

Was not keeping up with this thread for some time and reading through everything has been such a treat! I too love a lot of designers and had trouble picking what is on theme for me, but I will go with Ugo - he is the only one who made me purchase something outside of Hermès silk because it’s got his designs! ( I got the diptyque candles this past holiday season  )

La Legende du Cheval a Plumes. I just love his little horses so much!

ETA: could have sworn that I took a photo of the candles packaging with Ugo’s designs but can’t find it  I also loved the stuff he did for Cartier. I did find this post I made when I heard about there being a Ugo design for 2020AW (spoiler: it is what I am wearing!) as proof of my love for Ugo designs. Now back to debating which CW of his new season scarf I want...
very nice, Momoc!

Multi quote privileges are failing me.
@Pampelmuse beautiful BdG colours
@Agrume glad to hear your husband is okay. Thanks for your outdoor pics. Your Les plaisirs du froid is so pretty.
@Awillow Tyger Tyger looks fabulous with your matching top.
@Pirula your Sunday showcase of scarves was stunning!
thank you so much, More bags!

Phoenix for the day: MP Coloriage. I'm working from home from today, so you are going to be seeing me in scarf + home wear, unless I have to zoom, in which case I might pull on a presentable tee

another gorgeous MP!

Love the owl, Karenska!

Bring out the Annie Faivre! :panic:
Her association with Hermès began in 1979, and she has so many favorites, well - I can’t even begin to count or list them... but I know this crown has quite a few!
Her first scarf was Circus and has no monkey.

My very first Hermes scarf purchase was a vintage Equateur by Robert Dallet. My most recent scarf purchase was his Acinonyx Jubatus, or cheetah. More pictures in the Spring/summer 2021 scarves thread.

Today I'm celebrating Robert Dallet and his cheetahs with Kenya.
