Sotd and on theme w it’s blacks - Ballade de Heian. I am a brights gal

I tried to show those cute bunnies below the black. I love them!

And scarf mail!!! Which is also on theme w it’s black border. I am experimenting with it to see if I’ll keep it or not Based on how often I think I’ll wear it. My first moussie and my first changeant w green and purple. It is gorgeous!!! N I’m twins w a couple scarifies on here I know

Today's scarf is a grail that I thought would be impossible to find. However, I was checking scarf sites on New Year's morning, and this beauty popped up. In my favorite dark blue colorway. I quickly did my homework and verified the seller and the photos, then asked myself if it was worth the price of three lesser used scarves? Heck, yes! I threw any New Year's resolution on holding the line on scarf purchases out the (Paris rooftop!) window and pulled the trigger. Later I checked the timestamps and this beauty was floating in the bay for only thirteen minutes before I plucked her out.

Congrats, I'll pull the trigger too one of these days, until then I remain a cheapskate for this grail...it has been interesting to observe my own behaviour re: scarf prices...having said that i've managed to get some great vintage scarves for such low prices that I can justify my erratic behaviour.

Gosh I was busy with work for a couple of days and so many pages to catch up!I typically avoid black background silks. I think its because black, white and gray are my wardrobe staples, and I look for a balance of black with other colors with it. But have made exceptions for these.
