Ledoux has lots of men sporting top hats among the hackney coach drivers in Fiacres. Many thanks to @xincinsin for displaying her scarf last year, which put me on a mission to find one for myself. It has a few faint spots that did not come out in the wash, but the hems are round, and the silk is soft. I just love these vintage silks.

I am sorry to have missed so many great scarves the last few weeks. I definitely want to catch up - especially seeing everyone's favorites from last week. But here on theme this week is the love it or hate it scarf, C'est la Fete (double-sided). Love for me!

Unfortunately my MIL died 5 years ago, and she was often in hospital during her last months. Since she had an apartment in an old age residence it must have been someone from the staff who stole the scarves. But of course, they never found the culprit (we‘re not sure if they really looked very hard ). Definitively a cautionary tale!

Lurker here coming up for air! I’ve become a fan of the men’s collection (and am I interpreting h.com correctly that a women’s gav is about 50% pricier than a man’s pochette - same size?).

While it’s cool enough for a scarf I’ve been doing inventory in a warehouse so from the archives…

I love this colorway SO much!! And to have the black one too! Jealous. i bought and returned the aqua one. It didnt sing to me. But I LOVE the design.

Wowza! This pink/red is amazing! i would definitely buy this if I came across it. Wow. This 140 is my only silk and my favorite most used scarf. Ban island is so difficult when beauties like this come up

Les Promenades de Platon is inspired by ancient Greek philosopher Plato and the gardens of his Academy



Le Voyage de Pytheas depicts the maritime routes of the voyages of ancient Greek scientist and navigator Pytheas



Les Tresors du Nil depicts some of the treasures found inside King Tutankhamun’s tomb and features an image of the ancient Egyptian pharaoh at the center. Some of my Egyptian revival jewelry on the scarf



Feux d’Artifice was issued in 1987 to celebrate Hermès’ 150 anniversary and it features an uniformed rider en parade holding fireworks.



I feel that the wonderful glow-in-the-dark La Voie Lactee is quite unisex
