I also got scammed by Klueles, now known as Kurated Luxury. In July 2021, I bought a Chanel Classic Flap bag. I genuinely believed the bag was authentic because Klueles provided all the “proofs” at the time, but I should have been more careful.
A few weeks after the purchase, I received an email from Klueles’ address, but it was signed anonymously. The message claimed that the bag I had purchased was fake. I immediately contacted Klueles, and they told me that someone had stolen their database and that they had already taken measures to find the person responsible.
Long story short—today, I tried to resell the bag, and guess what? It is indeed fake. I paid €3.7K for the bag via a PayPal transfer, but unfortunately, it’s too late now to request a refund or cashback from PayPal.
I looked everywhere for Klueles, but they’ve completely disappeared. Luckily, I still have the history of my DMs with them. Now, it’s the same company operating under the name Kurated Luxury. I’ve sent them multiple DMs, but no response.
I also found another woman who was scammed out of €60K for Birkin bags by Kurated Luxury. We’ve decided to partner up and take legal action against Marta J. and her company. I’m a lawyer myself and know reputable lawyers in Spain, but a legal case like this will have more power if we unite as a group. The more victims involved, the stronger our case will be.

I am from the USA and am willing to help but not sure I can. I have not sustained any losses as I disputed the charges via AmEx and received full refunds. I also do not have the bags in question since I have returned the fake Hermes bags to Marta. I can't believe Kurated is still in business in Europe scamming people. Something I think you should look into is why the bags they send to other countries never incur import duties. If they are authentic, they would be insured and the high value declared. Look into their shipping records via DHL. Falsifying export/import documents are also a crime. Are the bags authentic and they lie in the documents or are the values documented correct and they are shipping counterfeit merchandise? Either way, they are committing crimes.

Thanks for offering to help.I’ve already contacted a lawyer in Spain and am waiting for their feedback. Your testimony could be very useful as proof that this company has been scamming people for years and has victims even outside of Europe.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t as lucky as you.I paid via PayPal, and neither PayPal nor my bank can help me since it has been three years. I’m only taking action now, so fingers crossed that I can recover at least half the amount.
Having more people in the same situation who are willing to file a joint complaint would definitely help strengthen the case

Nothing! I didn't spend more talking to them, they always denied that they were fake but it was undeniable, I have all the proofs that they are 100% fake. I communicated by WhatsApp .. I don't know what else to do. I bought like $6k only in 2 bags
Contact your CC company and dispute the charge. They will put a hold on the payment and try to contact the vendor. I have done this many times with complete success in getting refund.
