I am so determined to expose this company that is still operating two years later and is a complete and utter scam. They have continuously tried to censor me, and delete any negative comments about them. I tried to post this exact same review on Trustpilot, and two seconds later they flagged it as containing "hate speech." It's quite embarrassing the lengths this company goes to censor honest reviews and operate under the false pretense of being a legitimate, 5-star company. Seriously, read all the "positive reviews" on Trustpilot. Not a single negative one - I wonder why? I am praying this doesn't get deleted and it reaches its intended audience.

Long story short: If you are thinking of purchasing from Barcelona-based luxury reseller Klueles.com - DO NOT! This company is a fraud and the owners are scammers!

I purchased a bag from Klueles in the summer of 2021, and paid with PayPal because I had never heard of this company before and there were no reviews *at the time*. They claimed they authenticated all their products using Entrupy, but I never received an Entrupy certificate because they claimed they were having "difficulties generating one." The only way to communicate with them was over Instagram DMs - they do not respond to your emails, and I had to be the one to proactively reach out to them. No receipt for when my item shipped, no updates, whatsoever. At this point, I suspected I had been scammed, and when I received my product one month later (they claimed shipping would take a week) - I knew it was fake right off the bat. First of all, the authenticity card they included was for a completely different bag, the dust bag was off, and the bag I received was different from the one in the pictures! I immediately contacted PayPal and was granted a full refund immediately, and they told me that Klueles has a history of fraud. Since my awful experience with this company, you are now no longer able to pay with PayPal, and they deactivated commenting on their Instagram posts because so many people were commenting about their fake products.

Also - they claim they ship their products using DHL and all customs and duties are prepaid. This is another lie - I received my product via TNT (never even heard of that company before) and had to pay a broker fee. They also never covered the duties and taxes - they claimed the item value as under $25 to bypass customs, which is just like, super illegal.

DO NOT SHOP HERE - you've been warned. A while back I read a post on PurseForum regarding a Chanel bag someone had purchased off Klueles, and she had the exact same experience I did. Unfortunately the post is no longer available, probably because the owner got it deleted, because she knows these reviews are right in exposing that Klueles probably buys bags off of DHGate and then resells it to customers at full price.

Similar to a company operating out of Sydney Australia, they continue to harrass if negative reviews are posted, they still sell fakes, its frustrating. I cant type the name here is its censured due to their legal threats.

OMG! :wtf:

Entrupy certificate's are NOT worth the paper that it's printed on!!! I cannot STRESS enough how inaccurate Entrupy is! There have been major mistake's made using this AI device. At about %50 maybe pushing how many they get right. Not to mention how many posts on this Forum about their mistake's!

You will be very pleased that thefakebirkinslayer on IG is exposing these fraudsters big time!

I also lost faith in basically every review site including Trustpilot, the companies just hound them over bad reviews and eventually get them removed somehow! And they are all loaded with FAKE good reviews!

Trustpilot is such a joke!!! It's so frustrating how they are protecting scammers and censoring customers from sharing their honest options! They must be receiving money under the table.

Hey,

I feel your pain. Marta is a terrible person. I have a similar story, with her other website that is now deleted.

We bought sneakers from the website that she ran on https://mivintagelabel.com/. On the website, she claimed that all items were shipped from the EU. However, we got a notice from customs asking us to pay an import fee because the items were dispatched from China. This raised a lot of red flags.

We demanded a refund to no avail: she either ignored the emails or said something along the lines of "I sent the items, they were sent from EU, it's your problem". Afterwards, we decided to report this to her payment provider (Stripe) and request a chargeback. It took about 6 months to get our money back but we eventually succeeded. Soon after, the website's payments stopped working. A couple of months later the website disappeared completely.

We also reported her to Nike and every other manufacturer about the counterfeit items on the website. Even though it was a low-value purchase (around 100 euros), I'm glad I followed through and managed to get my money back and take down her website along with it.

What's funny is that recently she sent an awkward email asking for personal information, such as passport number, and VAT information, as it is "required by the Spanish law" for accounting. I never responded to that, I'm not going to give my personal details to a scammer...

There was also a large thread on Reddit about klueless.com where people shared their experiences but it was deleted and mods won't say why which smells super fishy.

People need to be extra careful with her because what she's doing is criminal. It's probably just a matter of time before we see her on the news with handcuffs on her.

This message goes to everyone who was scammed by Martha: don't just put up with it. Report the website to her payment provider, file for a chargeback, and report your account it to the manufacturers. If you live in Spain, file a police report. It is possible to stop such scams but it requires time, persistence, and patience.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and I'm so happy you got your money back. Sorry you went through this but you are a HERO for getting the other website taken down. I hope the same will happen to Klueles.com soon because they sell much higher value items and you're hearing of people getting scammed $25,000+ over fake Hermes bags.

You know they are scammers because instead of responding to negative reviews, they simply flag them to keep them hidden off of websites. People like Marta deserve to be behind bars.

Also...that email looks super sketchy. Love Joy Cruzat??? Are you kidding me? At least come up with a more believable name....

Hi,

I’m in the same situation as you at the moment. I bought an Prada crystal bag from Klueles this summer and recently sold it on VC. Upon authentication they tell me that the bag is fake.
I then contact klueles and they sent me some certificate via a company called legitgrails. I felt that it was something wrong and contacted that company.
I asked about the serial number and when the certificate was issued and the serial number on that certificate is completely different.
The date of the certificate doesn’t add up, since klueles bought the bag on consignment from a seller meaning the seller needed to ship it to klueles and then they ship it to me. It took around 4 weeks.
The certificate was issued before I bought the bag which should be impossible since it was not in their possession.

I need to contact my bank and file a claim. And I do think we need to spread the word on this scam company.
Hello,

I'm very sorry this happened to you. If possible, try getting a chargeback (you have 120 days from the date you received the bag). In case the term has passed, make sure to write a detailed letter to Stripe with all the information and the proof you collected. Hopefully, they will ban this website as they did with the previous one.

If you are based in Spain - go to the police and help shut down this business of hers.

Stay patient, and persistent. I hope you will get your money back soon (and get the website taken down as well).

Hey, I'm really sorry to hear that. If you haven't yet, try taking these steps (I wrote about them before and it's what worked for me when taking her other site down):

If possible, try getting a chargeback (you have 120 days from the date you received the bag). Also, write a detailed letter to Stripe (the payment provider) with all the information and the proof you collected. This is what helped to block her other site. If you're from Spain (or at least EU) try talking to the police to see if there's anything you can do about what happened to you.

Don't give up, have patience and feel free to reach out if you need any help.

Hello,

I have been a customer from Klueles for a few years now and after reading these threads I made sure I authenticated all the bags I had from them. Every single bag I purchased is AUTHENTIC. I am dropping this messages because I feel that these comments are unfair especially because I have had such a positive experience with them.

Unless you have personally had a negative experience with them that you like to share I feel that the correct thing to do is to remove your post.

How do i expose them!!! They blocked me everywhere because i ve been asking for my money back
I have also purchased from Klueles, and authenticated my bags and every single one of them is Authentic. Are you sure that yours are not authentic? Maybe its a good idea to check again

Hello,

I am a customer of Klueles and the one time I needed to return an item because it was scratched, they provided me with a shipping label and returned the payment 3 days upon receiving the item. I am very shocked to read these comments as they differ so widely from my experience with the company

This April I was in Barcelona with my sister and we both decided to get the Chanel classic flap in black caviar. We tried the Chanel boutique but they only had one in stock. A friend recommended Klueles so we decided to message them and see if they had another one or could help us get another one. They told me that another one is coming in stock in 3 days and that they can source it for me. I was really excited about this so I accepted. They contacted me 3 days later to me that they had the bag and they can deliver it to me in the hotel. An Asian lady called Love Joy brought the bag beautifully packed with the receipt from the Barcelona boutique and I paid on the spot after checking the bag. To be 100% safe I made a Zeko authentication and the result was authentic. I am really happy with my purchase and I am happy I didn’t read all of these comments as they would have deterred me from trusting them and purchasing from them.
