Absolutely.

But why does he always look kinda dirty? No matter how dressed up he is, he looks dirty. It's weird.

I give him credit-he stepped up better than most people expected. But Father of the Year??? Publicity stunt, yes. Also a sad commentary on the parenting standards in show biz.
