What lovely earrings! I would wear them with jeans. If you save them for special occasions they'll rarely be worn and that would be a shame. Wear them and enjoy them!

Same age bracket here- I personally think a "conservative" jewelry piece is super chic when you dress it down. Rock them in jeans.
Thank you all so much for the replies I have wore them this weekend in a more relaxed style and loved them. I think they work best if I don't accessorize much and let them be a nice center piece in a way

I think your earrings are beautiful. Just the right amount of dressy to be casual or formal.
I've had a similar set in my birthstone that I would only wear when I thought the occasion was formal enough for them - which was rare. But now, I wear them all the time.

I don't own anything like this to be honest I always wear YG hoops or YG ball studs for everyday so these earrings seem more formal to me lol maybe it's the dark blue

I would say wear the, with pride they look a very nice colour sapphire, are they yellow gold set?
I had similar thought when I was debating buying my blue tanzanite teardrop earrings.
My engagement ring is also quite formal but I don't think anyone hesitates to wear their engagement ring when dressed casually.
I now wear my earrings everyday and joke that they commemorate the tears I have shed in my 34 years to get where I am now.
