I actually got my dispatch email after I received the bag hahaI'm hoping my order comes today, it said 3 day shipping and I ordered Thurs but I haven't had a dispatched email yet
I checked tracking by going into my account and clicking tracking on the order
Ah ok that gives me hope, I checked the tracker it just says "processing" still

Have you received your order yet? I placed 3 ordered, I’ve only received shipping confirmation for one (the bag arrived today) but for the other 2 I haven’t received anything.
For the bag that has the shipping confirmation, which sale day did you purchase it on? I placed an order for the Friday online sale event and have yet to receive any shipping dispatch email. I’ve emailed them and they said to paid at least 5 days for it to process. However, its been over 5 days and the bags ship from their warehouse in New Jersey. I live in New York City so it’s ridiculous that the bag has not been delivered...
No I haven't, I emailed them and they said -
"Due to the high volume of orders at our fulfillment center, we are asking our customers to allow 5-7 business days for processing, regardless of the shipping timing. Some orders may ship sooner than others but we can assure you a confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order ships with tracking included."
Mine still says processing so I'll email again Tuesday if it doesn't change.
I ordered on Friday & Saturday, my order from the Saturday was the only one I’ve received so far
I ordered on 4/20 and have yet to receive any confirmation or updates on shipping. Emailed them this morning just in case, but I completely missed the last few replies on this thread which had their response! I feel better knowing they haven't forgotten about us--large number of orders and taking extra time is okay with me as long as I get my order!
I just emailed them to cancel my order...............................i've completely lost interest in my purchase. I purchased their suede bucket during the sample sale online and then went to the store on their last day of the sale and purchased their large suede backpack.
I've gently used the backpack for about a week and its already showing wear on the corners and the leather string closure. I don't have experience on their other leather material, but the suede is not worth it. I feel like their bags are overpriced considering the quality.
Anyone else have the same issue with their suede bags?

I just got an email that the suede mini lady bag I ordered on the 20th is out of stock but they can instead send me a non sale suede lady bag
