Yes, it appears they may have. I’ve questioned them on it but they only answered the first part
of my inquiry. Which was a status update. They replied that they were on summer vacation at the time I ordered.. However, I ordered after that date.

Good grief. I found them oddly non-responsive - I repeated myself 4 different times that they sent the wrong size and they never seemed to understand. Hope you can get it resolved quickly.

Very non-responsive. Their site definitely needs tweaking. My fingers are crossed. Even if these Samorga inserts are fabulous, I will probably never buy from them again.

i know - Zoomoni with their thinner felt is very close. I did order an Evelyne insert from Samorga that fit my Evelyne better than Zoomoni, but it’s not worth the hassle. I hope you get it straightened out.

Hello Blackperal 75 - I only order from Zoomoni when I need a felt insert now. They have 2 mm felt and 1.2 mm felt, and I just got an email where you can add options to your insert if you want. Samorga sent me a completely wrong size for a CHANEL bag, and essentially after much back and forth implied I was lying and they never replaced their mistake, or apologized or even acknowledged from the clear photos I sent that they made a mistake. They were excessively hard to deal with and deflected every picture measurement and explanation I sent proving they had sent me the wrong sized organizer. I just gave up, quit communicating with them by email, blocked them and gave my subsequent business to Zoomoni. I’ve probably, ordered at least 5 inserts from Zoomoni now since the Samorga fiasco and have been very pleased. I have also made sure that I communicated their mistake and complete lack of service in correcting their mistake to everyone that uses inserts. I am very kind and polite, and in spite of that they essentially called me a liar and kept asking for more proof even though my first email clearly showed their mistake. when someone calls me A liar and wastes my time and money, I‘m done

Zoomoni has been great in every way, and they create and ship my insert orders much faster than Samorga. I highly recommend Zoomoni, and would never ever consider another insert from Samorga. HTH!

I'm in the same boat too, order from Zoomoni only now, good service and order ship out quite fast too :smile:
