Hi! Anyone know any inside scoop when there will be a 12 month major purchase on chanel in saks? My sa doesn't know yet but I recall it was right before valentines- any info appreciated tia

I'm sorry what is a major purchase account? I bought my Chanel last week at Saks on my account. I know I got double points and the credit department had to confirm my identity because it was a phone out of state purchase but that's all I know. Is a major purchase account different? TIA

It's for furs Jewerly and chanel and sometimes Celine participates- purchases made over 2k you get a 12 yr pay out no interest major purchase acct- it's a super great perk from saks- ask you sa abt it, they have a seperate number than the saks acct but you still get the same points etc. My theory is if I can pay it out no interest and get all these points why should I pay it upfront lol

Do they only offer it at certain times or all the time? If it's all the time do you think I can have my purchase from last Monday redone to that kind of account? Probably not because the credit department didn't mention it to me when I was on the phone with them right? If it's available anytime I'm a little annoyed they didn't say something to me about it on the phone. Thanks for help.

Yes absolutely!! It's offered all the time on chanel for 6 month payments but around certain holidays or events ( def one should be around valentines from when I recall purchasing a boy last yr) it becomes 12 months- ask you sa asap there shouldn't be an issue at all
