Hi everyone, I was wondering if I return the item that came with the bonus gift card then will they subtract the gift card amount after I have already spent the gift card? Thanks!
Hi Mrs.Hu, but what if I already spent the gift card and THEN return the item? How would they be able to adjust the gift card amount if the amount is now translated into an item? I'm sorry if this sounds confusing. They have reissued me the gift card amount on a new gift card.

That is what I'm saying.if you spend a $100 gift card on a $150 item and then return it, they will refund you a new $100 gift card and then refund you $50 via whatever way you paid for the rest of it (e.g., credit card, cash etc).
Based on her original post, I *think* what hell_on_heels is saying is that she got a gift card from the promotion where if you spend X amount then you get Y amount gift card. She received the gift card and used it. She now wants to return one of the items that she purchased which allowed for her to receive the promotional gift card. She wants to know if they will deduct the gift card amount from her return. Is that what you were saying hell_on_heels?

Yes! That is exactly what I mean. Thank you so much for the clarification.
