I saw someone I know carrying this bag a few days ago, and I noticed it had fallen off her shoulder and it was hanging off her forearm... The fact that she didn't correct it, imo, means she's gotten used to it happening and knows it would be happening again.

Bags falling off my shoulders seems to be a universal problem I have unfortunately. So I'm all ears if anyone has a solution to this!
It’s not a problem with the Icare if you tuck the front strap under the back strap a little bit. Criss-cross the straps. It’s simple, fast, and pretty effective. Hope that helps!
is it ok to condition our icare with strong leather conditioner for extra protection such as leather honey or apple guard? My greatest petpeeve with this bag is I always put it in its dustbag in airport TSA or when

Conditioning won't help prevent scratches although leather cream may help in blurring them if shallow. It's actually a good idea to use the dust bag if need be.

Ok I see your point. Thought putting conditioner would somehow protect it. Im usually a caviar girl and this is my first lambskin in gigantic size.
I do love my ysl icare bag but I resent it sometimes for being a bit delicate. I love using it as a travel bag and an everyday bag.

I have watched a video with a review of Icare bag and the lady said it comes in different sizes, does it? All I see online is the one 22 inches on the bottom, but is there a smaller version of it too? Does anyone know if there is a another name for the smaller size?
I saw on another site that a raffia version of the Icare will be out in November, for $5300! I actually think the shape makes sense as a raffia bag, but I just cannot justify that much for a straw bag. How can it be more than what I paid for the leather version? Anyone else think its a bit extreme on the price?
I just bought the Icare on a whim while I’m in Europe. I’m interested to hear more about how it’s holding up under regular use. Especially people that travel with it on airplanes. Do you use yours regularly and is it showing signs of wear?
