I have been away from tPF for a while, but I need an opinion and I know I can always count on you to provide one. My best friend was murdered on December 26th in a murder-suicide by his step-father. He had told his mother and I that if anything ever happened to him he wanted no services and to be cremated. So no services were held. My sister told me about cremation jewelry, and I would like to purchase a small necklace to hold a tiny bit of his ashes. I know it sounds morbid and perhaps a bit strange. Has anyone here heard of this? I would like to know which pendant you all prefer in terms of actual size. It would be silver or white gold (despite the gold pic). Thanks.
