Ok! I have just written to Kenzo and told them everything.
I hope that they will help you solve the problem.

thank u so much for your help ..... It seems like that issue is often recurrent with that type of leather several people wrote about it on the internet but no body is able to fix it

Hi i had a call from there customer service they asked to bring the bag to a store in Paris to see if they can fix otherwise the stains are either a hair spray or perfume . They said the material is very fragile and normally they wont be able to fix it ... Thank yoi so much for yor help very appreciated ...

I hope they will fix your bag or replace it.
Who would have thought rubberized leather was fragile?

Thank you i dont know if they will change it though, even though the bag was purchased a couple of weeks ago. Yes he did insist on the fact that rubberised leather is very fragile because of the coating they put. I asked them to put it on the care instructions especially unfixable if you spray perfume by mistake etc... They keep posting its waterproof leather but its not ... Anyway thank you again and i ll keep you posted ...
