Personally I like the Rolex better, but you already have 2 Rolexes so I think you should go for the Cartier for something different!

I own both the watches you're considering, but in different color-combos (both of mine have diamonds and both are two-tone)... The Cartier Panthere I wear when I want to be more glam and elegant, as it's a jewelry-like piece. Whereas, my Rolex I wear when I want to be more casual. Another thing for you to consider (as other members have already stated) is that you already own 2 Rolex's, so the Cartier will be unique and switch up your current collection.

And I’m the opposite! All my watches are either square, rectangular or tourneau. It a good thing there are plenty of choices for all of us
Even though I prefer the Rolex, I think since you already have 2 Rolexes, I would go for the Cartier. It seems a lot more understated than the Rolex and looks beautiful on your wrist.
