I think it will be easy to read, with those contrasting markers and the 40 mm size. I know for sure black is easy to read, but I already have a SS Sub, and a gold Sub with Black dial.

So....Royal, you are a TERRIBLE influence! I adored yours so much I bought one!!!!!!! I bought from a fabulous and VERY reputable reseller on the "bay, I bought my gold Sub from him.

Me too!! I alternate betwen a white dial Explorer 2,and a black dial/bezel GMT 2, love big watches on girls!!

Oh chaz please post modeling pics of your explorer II! I love that watch! DH and I plan to get one later this year. It's so easy to adjust the bracelet with the microadjuster that we can share!
