I ended up getting the Rogue 25 in Peony and the Rogue in Washed Red. I really love the size of the Rogue. I love how it gently slouches. I love the extra room. I wished I had bought the Peony in the Rogue also. The Rogue 25 is a little bit small. Thanks everyone.

I wonder if the Rogues with all the tearoses are less likely to slouch. I have one but I haven't worn it lately so I think mine is still holding its structure well. I only have one Rogue that is "plain" so that one is most likely to slouch.

Melon Tea rose is slouching nicely. The black tea rose is holding it's shape... Both used about the same amount of time. A SA told me that some color leathers slouch more than others...

Mine is very very slouchy and all the hardware seems to weigh it down even worse with the suede and appliqués. It’s such a beautiful purse! I was wondering if anyone has used the purse inserts? If so which ones did you use to fit this full sized 1941. I’ve seen inserts but I want to make sure they’re sturdy enough to give it shape. I just don’t carry a lot in my purse.
