Does the regular large size Rogue keep its shape? In some photos it looks like the corners fold over and it slouches a little.

Mine slouches but it's also not stuffed to the brim 99% of the time. If you intend to fill it then I don't know if it will slouch as much. I actually like the slouch on my 30 and appreciate the structure of my 25. It's a little extra slouchy here because I emptied it for a "What's in My Bag" post.
Both my full sized Rogues are still their typical boxy shape. There is some slouch in the center, but not much.
It sounds as if OP is hoping the bag won’t slouch- but I just want to take a moment to drool over the gorgeous slouchy-ness your rogue has! I’m hoping my regular rogue gets this squishy [emoji7][emoji7]
Which is why I probably will never get a 25. I love how huggable non-structured bags look. To each their own [emoji4]
I know what you mean about the corners! I find if I have the shoulder strap dog leash clips on the outside of the bag they pull the corners out so they aren’t turned in. First photo shows the clips facing out pulling the corners out and second pic shows the clips on the other side flipped in which can pull the corners in. When you see pics of a rogue with the corners folding in, you can just put the shoulder straps facing the outside and they’ll pop back out.
I keep an iPad case in the center zipped portion and this helps hold the zipper up at its full height. Overtime if the bag is used without being full the zipper will sag a bit and cause some slouching. It will take a bit of time though as it does have structure. I’ve had my Ivy since mid-March and I have noticed just a touch of indentations / slouching at the bottom 4 corners but I think over time it will be an elegant slouch and it won’t puddle or anything. HTH!

My Olive (regular size) is still stiff as a board! I don't find that I get much slouching on it at all. My Black 36 is slouching and I actually prefer it that way!

Same! My black 36 looks great all slouchy, I think it would look much larger if it wasn’t. I love it that way but prefer my regular rogue to stay more structured. I would like a small rogue someday and I think those never slouch due to the size.
Mine slouches, but if I have a bunch in it not so much.
You could try one of those bag organizers.
I know the slouch isn't for everyone, but I love it too! lol It didn't take my 30 long at all. But my 25 is still as square/structured as the day I got it.
