I must be dense, because a lot of the bags that I see here on this thread don't exactly remind me of what I think is rocker-chick. All I have in my head is a bit of fringe, something that is black, and something that has studs all over it. Where have I been for the last 20 years?

I guess it depends on how literally we took the OP about her rocker-chick comment. I assumed she was just looking for a cool non-matronly-looking bag, not necessarily all-out rocker.

I have actually given this some thought because I'm in the mood for a rocker-chick type bag. To me it means a casual bag with lots of studs or zippers (hardware a must), in black or brown, distressed leather, something that might resemble a motorcycle jacket.

So far I haven't found the perfect one but i'm looking!

Hmm...anything by Clare V? Roger Vivier Metro Bag? Mansur Gavriel? Brown bags tend to feel a little more subdued, but if the leather is worn/patina'd, suddenly you have boho/rocker chic.
