rings for daily wear

i have a half eternity band and I like those but I had a larger ring in mind. I found one from H Stern (my fave) which is a large gold band with smaller diamonds. I also found another one which is a bit smaller, also yellow gold band, similar to irishlass right hand ring style.

but having to choose is part of the fun, right?

for daily wear I would stick to stones that are above 7.5 on the moh scale. so Sapphire, Spinel, diamond, chrysoberyl.
sapphire and spinel are easy to find in any colours from white, blue, purple, yellows, oranges, reds.

I'm looking into a custom light purple-pink ring, and a jeweler told me that sapphire would be the best for every day, but is expensive. Now I'm able to ask about spinel too, maybe it'll save me some money. Hopefully this guy isn't trying to scam me.

spinel is great for everyday wear it's 7.5 to 8 on the moh scale. and it definitely comes in light purple pink! it is also all natural no treatments
