Gunmetal is the one that really tempted me.

You need to get one whatever. It's so cute!! They had 2 on the shelf but both had a tiny nick in the leather down towards the point of the front flap. They went to the back and got another one. So I would assume they had more in the back.

No, not wrong. I started out with a surplus. A week later, got both black and gunmetal. Couldn't decide if I needed all 3, but with the Columbus day extra 20% that was going on got a great price.

I just picked this up at the outlet in gunmetal and surplus. Such s great little cross body and holds more than you would think

Columbus day weekend it was 50% off the $275 and they were doing a promo where you get an extra 20% off if you spend $200+. They also let me use my 25% Off postcard so I ended up getting it for $82.50!

Thanks for posting! I was able to get a price adjustment...it took a little bit but the rep was able to transfer the 30% over since it is a one-time use coupon.

So cute! I love the color! I wonder if it is too close to olive grey.

I think it is called surplus as in "army surplus" - army green.

Here's a comparison pic of surplus with olive grey. They are close but are different due to one being smooth & the other being pebble. Surplus is darker though:

I was admiring the olive one recently and was very tempted. I like the full zip pocket on the back. It's $236 CAD here at The Bay.

I really wanted the Ryder messenger too but never got one.
