I hear some people are bothered by the fact that this bag is lightweight - LOL I carry around so much stuff I appreciate this characteristic of the Carlyle. I don't think quality is compromised at all just because she ain't heavy. But in case anyone is wondering the hardware is still, well, hard LOL it does't feel hollow or anything - the turn lock feels solid; the leather is soft but feels very strong. I feel she will stay beautiful and useful to me for many years to come!
