So after I called, the gist is I have to play bag roulette once again!!! I'm sending this one back so I can get one, hopefully, with tassels that hasn't been used.

And thanks for moving this, I was blinded by my outrage LOL

I think I remember reading that you were very happy with the condition of this bag, sans the missing tassel.

If so, go to your local boutique to do an exchange transaction for the new bag. But ask your boutique to keep this one on hold in the back until the new bag arrives. You can even have the new bag delivered to the boutique. This way you'll be able make certain that you end up with the bag of your choosing and get your tassel.

well, my closest is an hour away. I sent it back today and they are overnighting another, and they've PROMISED it will be new and not a return. We shall see!
