Yes, mini twiggy fits an iPad mini, but u got to use a relatively slim casing for the iPad mini. I fit an iPad mini into my twiggy smoothly. But when it's too fill up (twiggy) its kinda tricky to get it in-and-out. It still fits my iPhone, wallet, tissue packets, wet wipes, earphones, foldable shopping bag, etc... I'll try to post a whats in my bag to let u have an idea.
