Pretty damn good!!! I forgot to pack my camera with me though. I was at the antique book store and I was wearing latex gloves anyway, tomorrow I'm going for some regular shopping at the boutiques and I'll try to remember to bring my camera to capture the pretty light on the ring!!!

WOW!!!!! I'd say your DH is a keeper! Never in a million years would it ever occur to my husband to do something sweet and surprising like that. Never ever ever! The ring is stunning! I've coveted Katie Holmes' vertical baguette diamond band for the LONGEST time and now you have one! Congratulations!!

Katie has one? I want to see!! Yes he is a total sweetheart.
It is not the material gifts but the thought behind it, he actually takes notice of what is important to me and he really tries to make it true. For that I'm grateful.

Thank you Dia, he really is special! I can't explain how much I love the ring , it hasn't left my finger (except for some cleaning chores) all these days! I'm so happy to own such beautiful piece!

I couldn't find the best pictures of it but here is Katie Holmes' vertical baguette diamond band (worn with her Cartier Trinity ring). I have loved her baguette ring for the longest time because the stones are set vertically and not horizontally as they usually are. Maybe someday.....
