A very sweet surprise from dh today! :D

Last week I asked him for a particular anniversary ring I saw at my jewelers, I was eyeing it for quite sometime, and I was hoping to receive it as an anniversary present on September. I was also browsing similar rings on the web all week long. DH was hovering over my head with a sneaky smile on his face :graucho: but he wasn't saying anything.

So today around noon....

So today around noon.... I got a call from DH, he was at his office and he told me he has ordered some flowers for me (he was sorry about a small argument we had about a pc screen)... A few minutes later my friend the florist brought me these...

I was glad he was sorry about his nasty attitude, and happy to receive flowers, but I was expecting something bling bling... After all that's the right way to say sorry right???

Should I continue or is my story boring?:thinkin:

As I was preparing lunch waiting I started munching on a nice baguette... Which reminded me of the pretty ring i was lusting the past few days... But I shouldn't be so spoiled, after all our anniversary is more than a month away...

I had my lunch, I was brooding over an hour and decided to forget about it already. Then DH arrived early from office, again with the sneaky smile, and the :graucho: eyebrows... WTH this guy will drive me nuts!!!

My husband will be reading this thread tonight. Apparently, my subtle hints and romantic movies aren't "hint" enough!!!

Lily.....I agree with you.......and think they way you do. My DH ticked me off the other week........I was expecting a card.......or at the very least flowers......NADDA! No worries......my son will be well-prepared so when he's old enough, he'll know EXACTLY the proper way to treat a woman! I know now why I had a little boy! ;)
