If you do go there you should ask them about the Macy's American Icons sale that they were talking about May 15 in the deals thread :graucho: That would bother me because if it stays sticky it will just get dirty fast

No, the eraser helped it come off. If it stays sticky, I would definitely return.

So I received my medium Sun Cindy today That i ordered online Macys.com and I already I had to call customer service on it since it came to me came dirty like it was just sitting on the floor or a display(um just look at it why would you send this), but look at this picture and tell me what is wrong with it ImageUploadedByPurseForum1431025261.566089.jpg

I'm really hesitant to order anything online from Macy's..the packaging is terrible. I can get better packaged items from sellers on eBay nowadays. I mean c'mon, for a big box retailer they should put more care and effort into their packaging. What a shame :(

I used to get purse orders from Macy's without issue. I've never had these box issues or purses in a bag but it's been a little while since I ordered a purse from them. I've ordered wallets that came in large bags but there were never issues with them

Most of my bags from Macy's have come in oversized boxes. My last order was for a small crossbody bag and it came in a bag. That was annoying but it wasn't damaged.....

I believe this to be true of Macy's and Bloomingdales. All my bags from the warehouse are packaged perfectly and have all the plastic and wrapping. The SA seems to just grab a bag off the sales floor..... :(

Usualy when I order online I dont have any issues, but for some reason when they come from stores associates don care or look at anything at all.

Online shipping is great in store shipping sucks. THis bag came from a store it was terriable looking now I have to wait it is back ordered from the warehouse which is weird since it is clearance now

Usually mine come in big boxes too and alot of the times I save those boxes to store them in. but when they come from the store I noticed they come in bags or small boxes. THis was crazy cause you can clearly see it didnt fit in the box

yes it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thats why I usually like online ordering because you know it will be new but sometimes online orders come from stores and they just dont care
