I can't exchange nor return her anymore because I already took her out.Guess I just have to live with the dents.
It might just go away when you use the bag and stuff it when you dont use her,i'm sure that will help
The dents will go away in time. I have 3 Saffiano Totes and 2 had the dents (where the straps were folded into the bag) and they were gone in a few uses....

Oh no! I am ordering my first michael kors selma online tomorrow. I am really nervous about where exactly I choose to order from and how they will ship it. I cross my fingers nothing happens like this! Im sorry you had to go through that!

I've had great service from Zappos.com.... free ship and free returns so you have a chance to look at it closely.
As for the OP's questions.... the dents should fade in time, I think it just arrived that way in transit because like all bags, including saffiano leather, the leather will soften over time and the bag will mellow out. You just have to use it frequently.
As for the stitching, it might be the way the particular sewing machine was set up, looks like the thread tension was off on that particular one. The machines should all be set up to give you a uniform stitch tho. Maybe a tailor would be able to correct it for you but you'd have to insist they replicate the stitch length in the same holes.
I have this bag too! I'll have to check the inside stitches on mine, I never really noticed before. I'm thinking that in time with use, the U dents may diminish though. It really is a beautiful bag. It's my only MK, at least for now!
The bag is gorgeous. Don't let the dents get in the way for your love of the bag! I honestly didn't even realize.
