There's something understander and, dare I say it, smarter with this color. The eye is drawn to this bag because of the beautiful leather and the attention to details not because of the hue.

I think it looks great. I think this is the same size as mine, and I'm 5'7" too. Congrats again!
Not to hijack but there's a keyring in the little clochette.
She sure is special. My first Coach that I have felt is really special in a long time. I agree this color really seems to pop the details even more. I feel like this is a spring color...what shall I wear it with in the fall?!? Cream colors? Tans? I'm a little nervous about staining her. I don't know why this leather seems so different than the purple? It looks the same, but doesn't feel the same. I wonder if the difference is in the dying process?!? I read somewhere on here that someone else had said their rhyder satchel softened up after a couple days use. Perhaps that's what's needed on the purple.
I think it looks great on you and definitely isn't too big! I am biased toward large bags though (which is especially strange considering I'm on the wee side at only 5'1) so that may influence my appreciation of your new bag.

I received this beauty today. Miss Rhyder 33 in Light Blue! For those that were around for last weeks reveal of Miss Rhyder satchel in violet, you know I wasn't that thrilled with the leather. Well this bag is $650.00 worthy. The leather is wonderful on this bagI love it!! It is large bag though, larger than I would normally carry. So now I need to decide between the violet or light blue. Help me choose ladies
I also received the Rhyder 33 today but in Black with light gold hardware....and I am returning my bag. I should have ordered the light blue! Your bag is very pretty!

The Black is pretty but the leather is like the leather on the Violet Rhyder bag you received.
Looking at the photos of your Rhyder 33 Light Blue this leather looks different...more pebbled and richer!
